Fantastic service, plenty of vegetarian options, and lovely space. The paneer slider, which the server recommended, was not the paneer I wanted (it was crumbly and resembled chickpea flour rather than slabs of cheese), didn’t taste good at all. The server did note that we didn’t really touch it but didn’t offer us anything else. While that’s fine (we ordered it, are all), I was sorry that we had to pay for something kind of tasteless. Standouts were the kofta (best I’ve ever had) and the chaat (just wow). We’d be happy to come back, but will make our own choices next time.

From the moment I roll up to the restaurant, the customer service begins right away. As a wheelchair user, it means a lot that the gentleman at the door always opens it with a warm welcome.
That small gesture sets the tone for the entire experience—thoughtful, inviting, and attentive.
The atmosphere inside is just as welcoming: warm, vibrant, and rich with culture. You can feel the passion behind everything, from the décor to the way the staff engages with customers. The food itself is incredible—every dish is full of bold, exquisite flavors that make you want to savor every bite and still look forward to the next.
This was my second visit, and somehow it was even better than the first. The chefs are consistently on point, the front-of-house staff make you feel like a valued guest, and the owner takes the time to personally connect, which adds such a special touch. It’s rare to find a place where hospitality and flavor are both taken to the highest level, but this restaurant delivers that experience every time.
I can honestly say this is quickly becoming one of my favorite go-to spots, and I look forward to returning many more times. Simply Amazing!

Had a good experience at this place. Really liked Paneer Quesadilla and Samosa Chaat, although it didn’t have much samosa in it. We didn’t really like the Aaloo Tikki Sliders. Hakka Noodles were much better than others I have had in this area, but the taste was closer to Chow Mein. Paneer Hotdog and Manchurian Momo were good.

This place is such a gem!!! The food is amazing and I love their unique fusion twists to Indian classics! It is great for vegetarians with a huge vegetarian offering along with non-vegetarian as well.
The staff was incredibly helpful and walked us through their menu and made sure we were very well taken care of. This place deserves a lot of credit for having the food fresh and flavorful! We will definitely be coming back!

We tried Fusion Bistro today and honestly it was the best decision we made. We ordered chicken hot dog, mango lassi and pasta and it was another best decision trying these two things, food was so hot and mouthwatering and the best part they served on time. I’m a big pasta lover and honestly this was the best pasta I’ve tried and the hot dog was so unique in design style! Loved it!
