I hardly ever have an issue at this location but whoever was working today really mailed it in.
Ordered a coffee without whip cream and substituted with almond milk because dairy makes me sick. They gave me one with whip cream, I told them I ordered it without and then instead of fixing their mistake, they mixed the whip cream in the coffee to make it look like it was new. I called and Brandon fixed it but knowing they made a mistake and instead of fixing it, they put my health at risk. I also ordered a blueberry muffin, which was probably from last night or something because it was hard as a rock. I even took a video hitting the muffin on my desk and it didn’t crumble or break at all.
I don’t know what was going on there today, but if that’s how you treat people coming to your establishment then maybe ‘you’ need a different job.

Absolutely terrible experience. The staff were incredibly rude and acted like they didn’t care at all. To make things worse, they handed me coffee without a cup holder, which is basic common sense. Because of their negligence, the coffee later dropped from my hands.
This is completely unacceptable and unsafe. I expect much better from Tim Hortons, but this location clearly doesn’t care about customers or proper service. I will not be coming back and do not recommend this place to anyone.

I love this location. The people at the drive thru are quick, friendly and they almost always get my order right! My opinion is if you get a happy, nice, bubbly person to service you, I could care less about the rest haha. Good people/good service is so hard to come by nowadays so good job G.C. Tim’s. Keep uo the friendly service, it goes a long way 🙂

Imagine ordering a chicken wrap and biting into it and realizing they mixed steak with chicken. And then when you confront them, they have the audacity to gaslight you and tell you’re lying. Went thru the drive thru got a dozen doughnuts and 2 coffees doughnuts had crumpled doughnuts it was a gift for someone so it didn’t look presentable asked for a new doughnut instead of the crumpled one and NAya had the worst attitude. Not sure why they have these low class trashy ppl working at these places. I’m a loyal customer and I stopped going to the location by house bc of people like this trashy girl naya she even made a threat when I asked what her name was.

Honestly the best coffee spot in town all the staff are top tier . Very kind and personable . The lady that runs the drive through is amazing, ariel is always full of smiles. I go every morning and im never disappointed. Fast speedy service thank you staff
