The food is great and the prices are great. I have been on various occasions. When they are slammed with customers and when we were literally the only ones there for quite some time. On ALL occasions the service takes forrrreeever…and the waitress get pretty testy even when you are super polite and understanding that it is not their fault. Basically great food poor service.

My wife went in to pick up a order for us, and when she pointed out that the order was taken wrong and that they added stuff to our order that we didn’t want she was forced to pay for it. The lady at the register started a argument with her in Spanish, and still refused to just remove the unwanted item from the ticket. Overly rude for no reason. Be sure to double check your own order, because they won’t and will still make you pay for their mistake.

Los Catrachos is hands-down the spot for authentic Honduran cuisine! The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and tastes exactly like home-cooking (like grandma & mama). My favorite is the carne asada breakfast plate but the Baleadas are great too. The portions are reasonable, and the prices are very fair. While service can sometimes be a bit slow, the food’s incredible quality makes the wait completely worth it. Don’t let the casual look fool you—this is a true culinary gem. Overall, I give it a 5-star rating, with the lower 3-star rating due to the service, which was excellent; they’re just short-staffed.

Young lady with blonde hair should pay more attention to her clients making sure they been taking care off .
She was to busy being on her phone .
Therefore I received my breakfast/lunch/dinner cold.
Good thing the birds outside dont discriminate whether the food is cold or not.
This establishment should hire people that take there job more serious.
Would give zero star on service but its not giving me that option.

I decided to go back after a friend begged me and wow. The service was wayyyy better than before. She kept telling me that it got better and I finally gave in and went. I tried the food that I had a bad experience with again and when I tell you I cried tears of joy…I did. It was absolutely amazing and it was HUGE. (I ordered the mega baleada con todos) and it was just wow. I don’t know if they saw this review, but it was definitely better than the last time.
