Had to make a trip up to Pittsburgh the other week and stopped off in Bristol, TN for the night and since it was late we decided on the Waffle House for dinner. Always good food and great coffee at the Waffle House. Thank you to the staff for being so friendly.

It depends on when you go and who you get to cook and serve. But that’s everywhere. I would honestly give it a few trys before you count it out. Go different times and try and get different servers. There’s a guy there mostly late shift that we love he’s awesome and always on top of things. So again. It depends on who you get and what your expectations are. I wouldn’t go on a Friday or Saturday night because the bar crowd. But on a week day night it’s pretty nice.

When I first received my waffle, it was done all the way, but they did fix it. My big problem was that our waitress disappeared to give someone in the parking lot a boost, and their was no one around to pay for a bit of time.

Save your money. Food was horrible. Wife couldn’t even finish her burger. My steak was freezer burnt. Flies every where. Cook was mopping floor started cooking, didn’t even wash her hands.

Keon is an absolute gem. After working a 12-hour shift and starving to death he noticed that we had not been taken care of yet and made our experience go from zero to five stars in a matter of moments. He executed our to go order in a very timely manner, was very friendly and customer forward, and made sure that everything was to our liking. When I say give this man a raiss, give this man a raise! He did everything possible for us this Thursday evening.
