Would have given a 5 star rating but the old guy out at the til wasn’t very personable. Brought in gift card and acted like we were stealing from the restaurant. Maybe he was having a bad day.
Ordered the new mango shrimp Street tacos, disappointing. Ordered 2 orders of them and all 6 didn’t have any mango sauce only lettuce. Oles were old and greasy. Don’t know what’s going on here, but they can’t handle a simple order. Might be a long time before giving them another try. GF needs a good taco place to come into the area to shake things up.
I ordered a 6 pack and a pound and a couple extra tacos on the app. Went through the drive thru and got to first window. Guy told me to pull ahead to the second window. I get to second window and there is no one there. I sat there waiting and started seeing other cars behind me getting their food out the first window and going around me. 32 cars went by and 25 minutes and no one came to my window. I laid on the horn and the guy at first window finally came to the second window and asked what I needed. I said I’ve been waiting for over 25 minutes for my food. He looks around the corner and grabs my bag and hands it to me and says have a nice day and walks away. My food was cold from sitting there so long and all I get is have a nice day……I hope no one ever goes to this place and closes down. What a horrible experience.
Good food with great service! Last time i went through the drive thru there was only maybe 2 people working but they were quick and efficient. Great flavors!
Great food! Best TJs I’ve ever been to! A red-headed gal waited on me and she was so polite and professional! She made my day! ( : She really should get a raise!
UPDATE JUNE 2021, Had a really good experience, good friendly and quick staff and hot and warm food, stars updated to reflect my visit, if it was my first time going to a TJs I would be back. OLD REVIEW – was very underwhelming, got two burritos and Potatoes for $10, the burritos were wrapped really horribly and the ingredients inside were not spread well my first bite was this nasty tomato liquid stuff. Oles were not that bad, however I will say if this was my first ever time to a Taco John’s I would probably never be back… Building is nice but that doesn’t matter if the quality isn’t up to par.
The last two times I’ve been here they have managed to forget not 1 but several items from my order. I called the last time and was told they would send me a gift card. I never got the gift card. Guess I know not to go back here now.
Their Quesadilla tacos are on point. Friendly workers. Decent return time for my to-go order. They need to plow their sidewalk out front in the winter, it sucks walking thru snow.
Always great. Love the potato ole’s.
Waited 20 minutes for curbside delivery and our food was sitting on the counter when we went in to check. Called and left message and no manager or anyone ever responded to me. The employees inside refused to even look at us when we went in. Overpriced food with bad service. Probably won’t go back again. Sad this used to be my favorite place. Definitely went away down hill since the remodel. Plus they don’t even have mexi rolls anymore. What’s the point of going?
