DO BETTER ON READING THE ORDERS ON THE ORDER MONITORS AND DOUBLE CHECK.
Window employee and the cook with glasses need to be retrain
1st treat all customers with respect if its a drink situation it only takes couple of seconds to fill the cup in the window area knowing the the drink machine in the lobby was out on a selection
2nd cooks READ the order monitors make the food correctly yes I understand mistakes happen but it doesn’t take 20 to 25 minutes on getting ask for a mistake the cook make that never been resolved the cook should not say to a costumer that the drive thru is top priority when they made a mistake that they should’ve fix in a short timely manner.

Hot and fresh on the potato ola, yet my meat and potatoe burrito seemed alittle lite.

Atmosphere, what can I say, I was in my car which was clean and playing my favorite mix. Their window was clean and clutter free

Prices are getting really high to eat here. Food was god, but damn can get really really good mexican for for the same money and have leftovers at almost every other Mexican food place.

Ordered the new mango shrimp Street tacos, disappointing. Ordered 2 orders of them and all 6 didn’t have any mango sauce only lettuce. Oles were old and greasy. Don’t know what’s going on here, but they can’t handle a simple order. Might be a long time before giving them another try. GF needs a good taco place to come into the area to shake things up. JULY 10TH, nothing has improved, friendly service but the food wait was ridiculous. The young man kept looking out the window to look at the line. Maybe work a little faster and the line wouldn’t be so long. The chicken griller was OK, the spicy beef was better. The oles weren’t fresh, greasy. Might be awhile before I come back again.

I ordered ahead for pickup in drive thru. I was asked to come inside to pick it up instead which usually isn’t an issue, but this restaurant is not built for that so it was a pretty difficult task to get out and then get back in. When I walked in, it was pretty busy in the lobby but they only had 4 orders on the screen. They didn’t have my order ready, it took an additional 10 minutes, and everything I ordered is cold. Very disappointed

UPDATE JUNE 2021, Had a really good experience, good friendly and quick staff and hot and warm food, stars updated to reflect my visit, if it was my first time going to a TJs I would be back. OLD REVIEW – was very underwhelming, got two burritos and Potatoes for $10, the burritos were wrapped really horribly and the ingredients inside were not spread well my first bite was this nasty tomato liquid stuff. Oles were not that bad, however I will say if this was my first ever time to a Taco John’s I would probably never be back… Building is nice but that doesn’t matter if the quality isn’t up to par.

I never write reviews but I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I recently experienced at this store. I have also left a voicemail and email regarding this issue, but I have not heard back from anyone.

I placed an order through the Taco John’s app and arrived at the store shortly afterward. Despite my prompt arrival, I ended up waiting approximately 45 minutes before the staff even began working on my order and other online orders. During this time, I remained in the store and observed other customers—both inside and in the drive-through—receiving their food within 5–15 minutes of placing their orders.

When I inquired about the delay and the prioritization of app orders, I was met with dismissive responses and no apology for the extended wait. However, I noticed staff apologizing to in-store customers for their wait times. This discrepancy in service is both unacceptable and rude, especially given that the app is heavily promoted in advertisements, coupons, and website as a convenient option for ordering. If app orders are not going to be prioritized appropriately, then it defeats the purpose of using the app at all.

This is not the first time I have encountered such an issue at this store, and I am concerned it will continue if not addressed. I hope someone will look into this matter and implement solutions to improve the app ordering experience.
