Waffle House is always a good time and this one was no exception. The service was great and I love that you can watch your food while it’s cooked. This location is also one of the cleanest I’ve ever visited. I got grilled chicken, sausage and a waffle and my man got the all star breakfast special and a waffle. It’s hard to beat the deliciousness of the customized hash browns, and even harder to beat the Waffle House prices! If you’re in Orange Beach, this location is worth checking out.

We almost left, but decided to stick it out because we were hungry. It was freezing so bring a jacket with you, there was trash all over the floor, and even the coffee wasn’t hot. Food was fine. Have been to much nicer ones before.

Terrible! Steak was ice cold. Very dirty and rude employees. Got yelled at for trying to clear a table so we could sit down. The man literally screamed at me. He did the same thing later to a young lady that came and sat at a dirty table. Made her leave the restaurant. They were more worried about take-out orders than any diners. We never even received one of our orders. The waitress was like. Well he forgot yours. She grabbed a meal from the take out orders and it still wasn’t even correct.

Super friendly staff, okay food, wavering levels of cleanliness (poor to moderately okay) depending on what time you come in.
The waffles are great, and the hashbrowns were good. Everything else is alright.
I ordered over medium eggs twice on separate days in a single week, and both times, they were over easy. The toast was toast, no complaints.
Personally, I’m not a fan of the grits, I’m from the north, though, what can I say.

We had a great waitress and she appreciated puns so extra credit there. Food was made quickly and tasted good. Seemed clean.

My family and I visit Waffle House locations in every city we vacation. I will say…THIS location was beyond expectations!!!! From the cleanliness, to the friendliness, to the AMAZING cook. This woman ran a grill effortlessly. Bacon, sausage, hashbrowns, omelets, eggs, etc. She cooked everything to perfection and FAST! And almost FULL diner with order after order filled with ease. My pecan waffle was so thick and fluffy! I just want to highly recommend this location. It was not your average Waffle House!

It was around 1 AM and I just arrived in Orange Beach. I settled into my condo and needed something to eat. I placed a to go order and everything was perfect and on time. Some of the friendliest workers too! I will be going back soon.

Disgustingly dirty.
2 waitresses and a cook who didn’t get along and obviously didn’t care.
One table occupied when we arrived at 4:30 am and literally every other table was covered with dirty dishes. Food debris and general garbage all over floor. Waitress stepped on a ketchup pack and it sprayed our table. 5 minutes later the cook stepped on another ketchup pack and it exploded.
Cook insisted each individual’s order be taken and relayed to him as it was taken. Cooked each meal individually so by the time a table’s food was done, 3 meals out of 4 were cold.
Wouldn’t have stayed but no other option at this hour in the area and we’d been out partying all night.
Google needs to let us use negative stars in cases like this.

The staff was AMAZING!!! What a great team that works so well!! They were helping everyone, cooking, and cleaning all while happily singing along with the great music they had on!!! We’ve been here before, and we’ll be back again!!!
