The explanation is “we don’t have ice.” Really that was not the only problem, the presentation as well. Just take a look at the photos.
Avoid this place for breakfast….. next time I will cook my own food and get my own coffee. Better I will just spend money at Starbucks at least it will be satisfactory.

Visited this branch recently and had an average experience. While the food was decent, the customer service left much to be desired. Despite repeatedly asking, the ketchup never arrived at my table. Also, the burger size was significantly smaller than what I had ordered. Not the kind of experience you’d expect, especially when you’re looking forward to a good meal.

had to wait in line for 20 minutes with 0 cars in front of me- then at the window for another 15 waiting for a single car all to receive my order entirely wrong! i didn’t know “no mayo” was such a difficult task but then again it’s mcdonald’s after 10pm why should i expect anything more from the workers!! my fault for thinking it was an easy task.

Long wait time, guy who took my card was in another universe. Girl that gave me my food was wonderful and polite and energetic. Definitely wasn’t on whatever the manager was on. Food was super sloppy, manager was out of it, very slow speaking and couldn’t give a care in the world. Just blamed the slow service and sloppy food as new hires. He wouldn’t even let me complete a sentence when I spoke to him. I’ll just drive an extra 2 miles to get better quality and service from now on.

Once again I go to a fast food restaurant with the unrealistic expectation that I will actually leave with my food. I get home and no sausage egg McMuffin. Two orders of hotcakes and sausage are there, but not the McMuffin I ordered. This generation is only remarkable in their ability to consistently under deliver.

It’s an average McDonalds. Not too bad but just meh. Don’t go after 10pm (or any fast food restaurant for that matter) the quality of the food drastically decreases. Also, if they tell you to park in the drive thru parking spot to wait for your food don’t do it. I promise you they will NOT bring you your food. Just drive up to the 2nd pick up window or refuse and stay at the 1st pick up window. Multiple times they’ve had my order sitting in the back and just hand it to me when I walk up to the counter. Like, why couldn’t you just bring it to me outside? The whole point of going through the drive thru is that it’s quicker and that you don’t have to get out of your car.

Not much to expect from fast food but a 36 minute wait inside & a line in drive thru wrapped into the UHaul parking lot is crazy. Kids meals don’t come in boxes, they miss half the order, had the worst customer service when asking where the remainder of the order was. Never gave drinks. Forget the toy as well. The GM needs to have way higher expectations for their workers. Fast food or not. With as many McDonald’s around them, you’d think they’d be ran a bit better.

It would appear the seamless process that McDonald’s corporation has developed to keep this show moving. This particular branch has taken it upon themselves to adjust the companies policy. I am under the impression McDonald’s is supposed to be a fast food restaurant and should not take 30 minutes for one of their big macs ordered on the mobile app.

I was trying to pick up a late night meal, i simply said i want to pick up a mobile order and the guy goes blabbering on about how a mobile order works and I cannot pickup for doordash/ ubereats. I said I got a code for my order and he continues to explain what my mobile order is for. I don’t care about any of that, i just want my food. Then he tells me my food isnt available for pickup and then goes on to explain more about how my money is on hold and that my food isn’t actually ordered and that I would need to place another order to get what I want. Like what??? My money isn’t on hold if it have withdrawn it already from my bank! Please don’t have people who just waste our time to order a fast food. You want a conversation, let’s have one, but why do they got to explain the whole drive-thru encyclopedia for a late night meal.
