I got my usual “All Star” breakfast plate, with 2 eggs, over well, bacon, hash browns, toast and a Waffle Waffle. My Wife, got an egg and cheese on Texas Toast breakfast sandwich. Our food, was next to perfect! My eggs, were exactly as I had ordered them, and delicious. Bacon was VERY crispy, just a tad too done, to the point that the bacon strip literally exploded into many small pieces with each first bite. Toast, was perfect. Hash browns were also perfectly cooked. And my Waffle Waffle, was almost cooked to my definition of prefect. Had a slight “crunch” with each bite, which needed to be just a little more done for the perfect crunch. Waffle Waffle syrup was ready and waiting on the table. My wife’s breakfast sandwich, (which I ate half of…) was heavenly!

I attempted to dine in on two separate occasions. I waited over 15 minutes for a table each time. There were empty tables, however, no one was cleaning them. No employees ever made eye contact or asked if they could help me. They just acted like I wasn’t even there both times. My second visit, there were four dirty tables. I witnessed two employees on cell phones and then one of them scratched her nose. Both of them then returned to cooking without any hand washing. I finally threw my hand up and said “See ya later! Maybe y’all will get those tables cleaned one day!” and my son and I left. He is type 1 diabetic and we could not continue waiting to eat. Also, after witnessing the lack of personal hygiene, we had a change of heart about eating at the establishment anyway. I recommend avoiding eating at this restaurant. If you actually get served, you might get something more than food.

Food was just okay no flavor!! Husband and I ordered t- bone steak, too chewy and hard to cut no flavor!! Table wasn’t clear nor fork and knives!! Charged me for things not order,like cheese 4.00 and a drink I didn’t order, made her aware, to remove a!! Not good customer service at all! Floor had trash and food all over it!! Will NOT be eating there again! A shame since I love waffle house !! I know I overpaid for our breakfast

To be a new Waffle House this is the worst ever. They just look at you when you walk in and act like they do not want to even wait on you. It takes them forever to even wait on you. Too many of them just hanging out outside at the back door. The food is not that great either. They need to start fresh with a whole new crew and get rid of the ones there because they are terrible!!!

Dirty dishes with soap were used to feed folks. Manager did nothing. One worker was hustling. Food took forever. But it was good food as Waffle House usually is. I’ll be going to the other one near y that got 4.2 stars from now on.

Wow.. its hard to be this bad. Service is so bad!!! So many things the health department needs to look into. From the ear rings as big as people’s heads. To the long fake nails with little stuff hanging off of them .such as a yellow rose. The long hair not pulled back. Large over sized jewelry. Being in the food industry myself! I’m fully aware of the many health code violations that each server should be aware of their committing as well! It’s all in the food safety Test that each employee is required by the state to take..so many things wrong here..The lack of hand washing between task.such as mopping.then fixing someone drink..

This location just opened and it’s already in shambles. I know that I arrived in the middle of shift change but back when I managed wh it was important to take care of the customers especially during that shift change time. First shift cared nothing about helping and resetting for second. Just organizing their tickets looking at those of us walking in and my hasbrowns were missing two toppings cause the cook was to busy playing.

Terrible service. They were bickering amongst each other, Kisha whispering in the cashier ear talking about other employees , I’m standing at the register looking lost , because my order hasn’t been taking after 3 minutes of standing there. You can tell everybody mad at each other at Waffle House.
