The employee who took my order reached over to the card reader and pressed the button to give herself a tip right before I put my card down to pay. I find that pretty unethical. Not sure if this is something everyone at this location does or if it was just the one employee but I did not like it. Tips are a consumer’s choice and I don’t like that my choice was taken from me.

Greater as soon as I walked in the service I received from Fazal was very professional, he was knowledgeable of the food options and provided great recommendations plus shared they can customize orders. I ordered a Sunrise Sunset and Baja Chicken wrap. Arjun made my smoothie to perfection and it was quick. Highly recommend this place the wrap is delicious! Most importantly clean.

Last night in a rush, I came to grab dinner and under much pressure and time restraints, not only was I greeted with a beautiful smile by Layla, but the team prepared my food and smoothie in a jiffy! I honestly felt like it was made with love and you could tell the ingredients were fresh and the flatbread was well-prepared. After a long, hard day, something so small like a trip to Trop (lol) really put me in a much better mood. The place was clean and while I waited, the small talk with the team was refreshing. They seem super knowledgable on the menu items and suggested a few new additions I can order next time. I am not one to leave reviews often (sad, but true) but this visit left me no choice! Great job Tropical, Falls Church. Keep up the good work!
