Favorite Waffle House hands down. The food is good but the staff are amazing, every single person I encountered. They are very nice, have exceptional customer service and the reason why I keep coming back. One of the only places I’ve been that has been consistently pleasant. Which means more than to me than they know during this time in my life. Thank you and highly recommend.

OMG!!! Ms. Cole, the cook was amazing. I haven’t had WH this good in such a long time. Everything was cooked to perfection. Our waitress, Ms. Jeniha was also wonderful. They need to be recognized for their amazing work. I felt the love. ❤️

As soon as I walked into waffle house there was plenty seating. However there was food on all the tables. I said to my friend that have no customers and they can’t even clean the tables off and the server said very disrespectfully you can go to ihop. I rather leave it dirty. I believe in the best for the waffle house and she shouldn’t be apart of your team. I believe her name is Keisha.. check schedule 3/5/26 @ 545pm

You are charged 20% for to go orders, adding additional amount but no 20 % charge to eat in same service person has to cook food and give you food and silverware. Staff were nice and professional .

Very rude employees! I had a coupon for free hashbrowns and only wanted a Texas cheesesteak melt which is only 7.00 after hearing a total for almost 12$ for sandwich only I asked her are you sure she said yes I grabbed a menu to confirm that it was 7$ even with 10 % To go fee and tax total should’ve been no more than 9.50 she did not fix her mistake and was very rude. I wouldn’t go here

An absolutely amazing experience at this location waffle House. Charlie was our server. She was pleasant imprompt and would check on us every 5 to 10 minutes to clear items from our area and to also make sure we were good with food items.
Our food was ordered very quickly. The service there has improved a great deal. They have a well oil machine running. Several different things going on to go side, a new to go window in place, as well as individuals taking orders at the bar area counter seats.
Very clean atmosphere, staff was in the holiday spirit. Charlie was excellent!!! The most pleasant individual I have ever encountered there.

This Waffle House has such a friendly atmosphere! My waitress, Nina, was very nice and fun — she was super attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. I also noticed she treated all her tables with the same great attitude and professionalism. The rest of the staff provided excellent customer service, and the cooks were quick with the food. Overall, a great experience!

This was my first time trying their food at Waffle House, and it was delicious . It felt family oriented, the service was friendly, and the waffle and hashbrowns were simple but yet soooooo good! I did some history on them and did notice their jukebox, place their orders with cheese and jelly packets,lol, are open 24/7, and just have this homey environment to it.

Food and service was great. Clean and had a lot of seating. Atmosphere rating, it’s a Waffle house. Princess my server was very personable and I felt appreciated as a customer. All of the staff was performing well. Well ran location. First time to eat at this location but definitely go there again. Great place to stop on a return trip from the airport via Camp Creek Parkway.

Used the app to place a to-go order for a location that is ten minutes up the road on CAMPBELLTON. GPS kept taking me to an empty parking lot of a park. I stopped to ask someone at the gas station across the street and was told the address is wrong it must’ve meant this location. I arrive and explain the situation the worker told me she can’t do nothing about it she doesn’t know what to do. I explain I’m now out $20. I’m very polite about it and she tells me to just gps it again that she can’t help me. It’s crazy because I’ve worked in food service and have helped out multiple customers who’ve had this issue.
