I placed a mobile order and ended up waiting at the restaurant for 30 minutes. They kept skipping over my order so I asked for my order. After waiting another 10 minutes I had to ask again. Now mind you I watched 10 orders placed after mine get done. The manager finally made an appearance with nothing but lame excuses. First she said my sandwich got lost. Then she said my order must have gotten lost. It’s sad that I had to point out to her that my ticket was up on the screen. She then said I would have to wait for them to grill one because I ordered it with no pickles or salt. It still doesn’t excuse the fact that they completely skipped over my order. When I finally got my food the fries were too salty, the quarter pounder with cheese was dry and flat as a pancake. I strongly suggest staying away from this McDonalds. The employees are subpar at best. The manager isn’t any better. She offered me free fries for my wait which should have never happened in the first place. (Sad)

Said they were out of strawberry pies after I paid. The man at the window one was nice about it and told me I said id be cool with an apple pie. Then got to the second window and the other male said the strawberry pies just came out and were very hot. but this is how it came… I could hurt someone with this thing! Hard as a rock and exploded in the box??? Not sure how but whatever. Super annoying. All I wanted before going into work was a stupid pie!! Thanks alot.

They got my order wrong twice and still forgot the sauce. The manager at this location is always unhelpful, dirty looking and just unprofessional. Leadership here is seriously lacking. I know it’s just McDonald’s but do better

I recently visited this location and had a terrible experience with the manager, Lily G. When I tried to get help correcting my order, she immediately accused me of lying, spoke to me in a disrespectful tone, and refused to assist. She then said “you people,” which felt directed at me as a Black customer. Her comment was offensive and completely inappropriate.
I’ve been to this specific McDonald’s many times and have never had this sort of issue before. Instead of her listening or helping, she dismissed me and said I was being “too loud,” even though I was simply trying to explain the mistake.
No customer should ever be treated this way, especially by a manager. I hope McDonald’s takes serious action, including considering whether someone who behaves this way should continue in a leadership position. Her disrespect, offensive language, and accusations should not be ignored.

Placed an order right before my lunch break. Came to pick it up just for it to be canceled while driving over. What’s the point of ordering on the app if the order is canceled most of the time? Why was the order canceled? Why does this happen so often?

My husband stopped by this McDonald’s on the way home from work. I ordered a big mac. As you can see I’m missing the middle bread, lettuce and the extra mac sauce that was ordered. There is only mac sauce on one side of the bread. They also half filled the fries. It was basically a med fry just in a large fry box. And they were out of sprite. I would have taken it back but it was late and 12-15 mins from our house. Not only did they mess up my order. They have employees trying to flirt to get customer’s number. Maybe they should spend less time flirting with customers and spend more time into making sure customer’s orders are correct. I mean seriously, no lettuce,missing the whole middle bun and fries not filled.

I wanted to review this location after my first visit two nights ago. The stars would not have changed, but I did not get any of the names. And, knowing that I was going to be in town for a few days, I wanted to ensure that I wouldn’t have to re-review with a bad rating, should I encounter poor service over my next few days. But, for the first visit, I was pleasantly greeted in a timely manner. In fact, as I waited (lingering near the counter since I like to get a good view of the back of house) I was actually greeted four times – each by a different team member immediately, without sign of bother or hesitation upon first noticing me. The food came out quick, and was reliably McDonald’s hot and tasty.
My second visit (yesterday) kind of made me wish there was a secret sixth star that I could give. An entirely new crew gave me the same fast, friendly and flavorful service and food, which made getting any names a moot point.
But, now, here on day three, and also on my final visit as I am leaving town tomorrow continuing on my walk of unity; I am officially creating a secret sixth star. A mixture of the previous two crews but still a few new faces, and still the same speedy, smiling, savory service has made them worthy of a mini essay and the stamp of 815 Peace Project’s approval. I’d chalk their parking lot with a beautiful mural if I knew it was legal, or thought they wouldn’t mind, or had any sidewalk chalk, or any artistic ability to draw.
I would definitely visit again, if I am ever in town again, and would happily recommend that anyone within 50 miles make the trip at least once.

Time and time again i come here and receive awful service. I don’t know why i come here anymore, i know i had a rather large order but these “baskets of fries” are unacceptable not to mention the other items left out of my order.
