Came in on Sunday, 12/28 aprx 10:05 am to pick up online order. Greeter at the door was pleasant and directed me to the young lady at the counter. This person was unnecessarily rude. No greeting, no eye contact. I gave her my name. She asked for the store number. I showed her the text to make it easy. She makes a snide remark. Keep in mind all the info including door number was included. Also the order was right in front of her the whole time. LOL!!!. I probably won’t return because of the experience. Her colleague even looked at her uncomfortably. Gave them 2 stars because the greeter was nice. Food was ok.

We initially enjoyed our experience with “Red” but when she wanted to lay her head on the table and text on her phone instead of helping her customers.. I called her name and I heard her say to her coworker name started with a “C”(amongst other things) “if she calls my name one more time” I said well there goes the cash tip! I only called her name twice, once for the water, she forgot and once to replace a dirty bowl she gave me. So not only was it inappropriate but incorrect! No matter where you work, you have to actually work!! Put on your hairnet/hat, stop talking about your mgr having a wife and etc… Otherwise the food was good and the other people working were on point!

Worst experience ever at the Waffle House there’s literally no one there and that cook burnt my husband steak and hashbrowns. My cheesesteak was almost like pellets, and I asked for the one with bacon on it and had no bacon. The hashbrowns were hard and crusty, and they charged us two different service fees, and I was highly disappointed that you also have to go above and beyond to leave your review in the complaint and to get your money back. Do not stop by here. Do not eat at this place. It is Gross. Also, I did contact corporate and leave a picture of my receipt along with the nasty food that they gave me so the owner of this unit 1721 should contact me immediately for a refund

I came in for a pecan waffle and chicken sausage.
1st… I order this 3x a week but my first time at this location. My total was $12 I always $9/$10 depending on tax.
2nd… the cook had gloves on which is a plus but he never change then. He mad 2 orders and then went to get him some oj to drink and still didn’t change his gloves.
3rd… one of the waitress asked me what something wrong and I told her he touched my waffle after touching eggs and everything else. So I watched him throw it in the trash I left for 4min and when I came back in my food was already in the bag. I ask is that mine? He said yes.
I know it should have taken longer to cook over. WOW THIS IS WHAT WE DO NOW. I WILL NEVER COME BACK. It’s sad because I live 2min away

I came here about a week ago on my birthday. We got there around 2:30 pm and so we basically had the place to ourselves. The 2 staff members (I’m so sorry I forgot your names) were soooo amazing. I got free waffles as it was my birthday and we tried several things on the menu that we all loved. It’s been a week and I’m considering going today for lunch lol. Our 1 year old son loved our waitress and he normally doesn’t like any strangers so that shows how warm she was with us. I’m seeing other negative reviews and wondering if it’s the same location because it was truly an amazing experience for us in every aspect. Food, customer service, cleanliness, 10/10 in every aspect. We dined in but bought extra to go. I would definitely recommend.

At approximately 7:18 AM, 12/10/2022, my wife and I noticed an employee behind the counter cooking food without a hair net and gloves. We noticed that he was noticeably laughing and cursing over the meals being prepared. This young man was making weird noises and playing, laughing, and playing with the other co-worker beside him as he worked. My wife finally decided to ask the young man if he could please put on some gloves. The young man replied yes, and turned around and started cooking again without the gloves/hairnet. He started to get angry and that’s when the manager stepped up and told him’ no no no!’ The young man was stating that it’s two against one, when the only person in front of him was his manager. This young man should not be any representation of the Waffle House establishment, as he is rude, and doesn’t honor the cross contamination rules. Not only was this young man verbally nasty, scratching his hands and dreaded hair without any hairnet, he was also sagging. One customer at the counter joked that no one wants to see his ‘ass’ ’ while having his food prepared. There was a uniformed Clayton county police present and he also commented that my wife was right by asking him to please put on gloves.
This by far was my worst experience dining at the Waffle House.

I got the cheesesteak melt with NO BACON. Asked for my hash browns to be smothered, covered, and peppered. WHY IS THERE ALL THIS HAM IN MY HASH BROWNS? They force you to order Togo at this location, then charge a service charge and a togo fee without telling you they’ve done so. So you may end up tipping double like we did because they weren’t being transparent about it. Will not be coming back to this location.
