It all started in 1972, when owner Judy Waller opened her first U.S. Pizza Company in a burned out clock shop in Levy, AR. Armed with a unique recipe for thin crust pizza and an old fashioned stone hearth oven, U.S. Pizza embarked on a quarter-of-a-century journey that has done everything but dwindle. Since we opened our first store in 1972, we’ve been making our thin crust pizza from scratch when you order it. And we still use stone hearth ovens. For someone that has boycotted Us Pizza for over a year. My Husband has convinced me to try it out again, because they were under new management. I will say this Lauren and Chad have really turned this place around. My orders have been coming out right and makes you feel right at home. This place again has become our second home and staff has become like family.

Loved the outside patio area. We asked our waitress to turn on the outside fireplace which made our visit 100x better. The 6in pizza with the lunch special is tiny but the salad is a good size and was very filling. Prices are high and I’m not for sure why. The pizza is good but they need to lower the cost.

I love the Supreme Salads from US Pizza! They’re huge! I hadn’t had one in quite a while, so I ordered one to go. Imagine my surprise when I opened the container and saw what some might say was a large dinner salad! What in the world has happened?? I know prices have risen, that’s happening everywhere, but seriously, I am so disappointed! This salad cost $11.99 and I had to pay 90 cents each to have them add egg and Roma tomatoes! It was in one of those white styrofoam boxes that most restaurants use for their to go orders and I could see the bottom of the container in a couple of spots! I’m done with US Pizza…I’m still shaking my head at the absurdity of it! I’ll pay the price for the item I want, I would’ve gladly paid more to get the salad I expected!

I came in to pick up a Togo order and couldn’t get any help until I said something twice and once to a manager. The employees were all playing around and my order was just sitting over on a cutting board for about 10 mins. I finally got an attitude and the guy with dreads stopped playing with the cashier and went and got it for me. They assumed I paid when I hadn’t and was going to let me just walk out the door with $40 worth of pizza and salad. I told themI hadn’t paid, then paid, and left. I will drive up to the McCain location next time. Professionalism goes a long way and this location is lacking.

Called in a pizza and went to pick it up. When I got there the guy said there was no pizza ordered. I then re ordered the pizza, drove 20 minutes to get home only to find out it wasnt what I ordered. I then called to complain and the manager said he would give us credit for another pizza. We called it in tonight and then upon arriving they said they couldn’t find our name anywhere with a credit. After complaining to the manager he said we could have the pizza but had to pay $6 for ranch and marinara. Got the pizza and took it home. It was not cooked long enough and it tasted like a frozen pizza. I dont know what has happened. This used to be one of our favorite pizza places. We will no longer be going back.

The last 2 times we have been here, we have waited 20+ minutes to even be served. Tonight we waited 20+ minutes to be served, have had many servers go around us and the host go around us. Got ignored trying to get people’s attention so we could be served. This is ridiculous. I had a hungry child, and I was hungry with child. Do better. We left without even getting asked for what our drink order was. Never seen a server for our table at all. Will not be going back.

Ambiance I nice Camry was delightful as our waitress . Will Def be back and I adore the outside dining area it beautiful with waterfalls and fireplace. Very nice may even consider a dinner for my daughter senior friends.

Talk about a change! They went from amazing to serving me a leftover, cold pizza.
The house staff are amazing, but I don’t have any idea how miserable the kitchen staff must be to give a leftover pizza to a customer. Something is seriously wrong in the kitchen!
It was a pickup order. I was early to pick it up SO THAT IT WOULD BE HOT. The box wasn’t even warm.
I hate that this happened. I have always said that good food is worth the wait. But this day…left a bad impression. Next time, I will ASK for a freshly baked pizza. I will go back to give them an opportunity to change my opinion so I can update this public post.
