It all started in 1972, when owner Judy Waller opened her first U.S. Pizza Company in a burned out clock shop in Levy, AR. Armed with a unique recipe for thin crust pizza and an old fashioned stone hearth oven, U.S. Pizza embarked on a quarter-of-a-century journey that has done everything but dwindle. Since we opened our first store in 1972, we’ve been making our thin crust pizza from scratch when you order it. And we still use stone hearth ovens. Food was great. Always is. The service was great. The waitress was friendly and attentive without staying over your shoulder. This was the first time I had been inside of this particular US Pizza Co (normally just pick up food from the drive through) and the atmosphere was a bit off. There were two TV’s hanging that were both off (fine by me as I’d rather hear my company’s conversation anyway) but one had the TV box hanging out of the bottom with all the cables too. The room we were in was completely empty except us, and there was a weird feeling looking around the restaurant the way everyone was seated seemingly as far away as could be from everyone else in the restaurant. Maybe it was just an off night. I probably wouldn’t like to be here if I wasn’t with friends or family. But the food makes it worth it.

I am giving three stars because the lady in the drive through was very nice. My biggest complaint is that I called in my order and was told 20 to 25 minutes. My order was 3 small salads and 2 sandwiches. I received my meal in two parts and took an hour. It was very busy, but an hour is still excessive for some salads and a couple sandwiches.

The stars of the show here would not be the pizza. Although the pizza is good it isn’t what I come here for. First and foremost, the salad Supreme is the play here. The house dressing is a MUST!! The stuffy sticks and spicy sticks are so good and the Scoobie sandwich is delish! All of their food is good, but some things are Great.

Ambiance I nice Camry was delightful as our waitress . Will Def be back and I adore the outside dining area it beautiful with waterfalls and fireplace. Very nice may even consider a dinner for my daughter senior friends.

Love the stuffy stix. Didn’t think 2 was enough so I ordered 4. When you order 5 you get eight because they split them in half. No complaints here. They are delicious. I also had half of a Scoobie (sp? can’t remember) and oh my goodness next time I’m going to have a whole one. The service was wonderful. We had a big group and our waitress didn’t make a single mistake. I loved it and I’ll go back.
