i usually love going in this location i’m basically a regular i come in atleast once a week, but the last few times i’ve been the service has been so bad. i went today and sat down someone said they would be right with me… i waited for 15 minutes and no one came to even take a drink order. super upset because it used to be so quick and good food. now you can’t even get your order taken

I am here on a “training day” ordering as a customer and Amanda the Unit Manager is really ruining my breakfast. She’s is yelling at this poor man in front of everyone making him seem so little. I mean praise in public and correct in private. I understand people have be trained but she is embarrassing these men and one particularly it seems like harassment and targeting. I’m so disgusted. It will be interesting to see the turn over rate for this location. Please learn the difference from being a leader and being a boss AMANDA. We need more leaders!

My boys and I visited on Sunday morning for breakfast, and I have to say it was the best Waffle House experience I’ve had in a long time. The food was fresh, and Ashleigh was incredibly kind and attentive throughout our visit. You can tell the place has solid leadership behind it. The cook absolutely nailed it on the grill. She cooked everything to perfection.

Just accepted a breakfast date & all went well! This was a few weeks ago… We ordered bacon grilled cheese sandwiches with extra bacon… we split a bowl of grits. I had coffee. Everything was great! I usually look at name tags when we’re being served but I hadn’t been feeling well so this was my error. The waitress was older & she was awesome! She made us feel like family. Her southern charm was popping like fish grease!! We tipped very well! She was offering more drinks, more food, didn’t we need anything… glad she was so very caring & concerned. Now I am so rare to this area, but I would go back just to enjoy her company! Stay lady with the short brown hair ⚘ Squeaky was very impressed! You’re tha #serviceapproved
