I typically order to-go on the app and received friendly service for pick up . My problem is not getting a complete, full waffle often with my orders . The waffle are $6 each and I’m getting them from WAFFLE house, can the cook at least add enough batter before cooking to have a full, thick waffle ? And I only had 1 syrup for an all star meal, is crazy to me .

Jasmine is a new waitress, but very attentive. Stan is always the man that greets everyone. 5 stars for food as WH food is always consistent… but not all is recommended for a daily healthy diet. I’ve gotten to enjoy the inexpensive grilled biscuits and sausage gravy.

Even though the store wasn’t even busy I came in at or around 11pm and it took someone 25 mins to take my order. After I placed the order I then waited another 32 mins before receiving my 2 egg breakfast. The eggs were scrambled with cheese and cold to the touch, I also got grits, the grits were unedible to say the least; they were cold and hard. The toast was the only decent thing about my order. They had no pie either. Was hoping the pie would lift my mood and fill my belly. After I informed my server about my food he literally just looked at me and said are u paying with cash or card it’s $7.95. Didn’t apologize didn’t offer to give me a refund or a replacement . Disappointed with this location. I really hope they were just having g a bad night

I recently visited Waffle House for the first time and the service was little slow because of rush hour and they served delicious food.
The menu at Waffle House is extensive, offering a variety of breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. I decided to go for the chicken melt and I was not disappointed. The waffle with peanut butter chips was perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.
The prices at Waffle House are very reasonable, making it an affordable option for a quick meal.I would highly recommend Waffle House to anyone and will come back again.

I have never, ever had a good Waffle House experience…until tonight! My husband and I are in town for the weekend and couldn’t find anything close to our hotel that was open late. The food was literally perfect. It was after midnight and everything was delicious. The restaurant itself was clean and service was quick. I am glad we stopped by here…other Waffle Houses need to come observe this one and take notes.

Placed a togo order, It cost 20.71 for 1 sausage hashbrown bowl with no egg and 1 waffle… I did get a $3 tip, so $17.71….. waited a total of 27mins to get it mean while everyone behind me gets their to go orders, 2 chicken clubs, 1 Philly and a waffle… those orders cook faster then my hashbrowns?
Then the hasbrowns came up, well no one started the waffle, so my hashbrowns were nice and cold when I finally got them…… just no one seems to care anymore, oh well jus give me your money…

I hate to give them this but, well they just don’t care. I asked for a patty melt my sandwich came out dry. Bacon burnt. I mean I usually eat here often. Grits were not good watery. Better customer service from the cooks. It was just awkward
