I ordered 2 hash brown bowls. Everything was cooked separately. After waiting for 13 minutes, they realized that they had forgotten the bacon. The lady that took the order was juggling too much, and apparently hadn’t been trained properly. Captain Casey was just there, not assisting at all. When I originally attempted to place my order, Casey turned her back to me and ignored me. The lady called the order out wrong, but no one corrected her. The food was overcooked, and not appealing enough to consume. No one was wearing gloves or hairnets. The entire vibe was very negative and condescending. I will be returning one of the 2 plates, received. Un opened and nothing was consumed. As I am at work, I will not have food for lunch because of this. The lady asked if I wanted bread, supposed to be toasted and I told her no, but as you can see there is bread on this plate

3rd shift workers needs to get it together . Late night early morning it should be no problems when you’re the only person there . For some reason everytime I go and order the same exact thing the prices are different which doesn’t make sense at all . So who’s over charging ? & then the “to go fees” and “service fee” is ridiculous like goodness . This location needs to do better .

Our Server I think her name was Barbara but I could be wrong. She was awesome. That whole waffle house just seemed like they enjoyed their jobs which made it an awesome experience anytime we go to Atlanta and need Breakfast we will stop there. Seriously I can not say enough positive things about this waffle house. And the food was cooked to perfection. Kudos to the cook. Again overall positive experience. And I am a person who is picky about my food and service. Wish I could give them 10 .

Pretty good breakfast. There is a simple menu with traditional breakfast items. I had eggs, toast, hashbrowns, and bacon. Flavor was pretty good. My friend enjoyed his waffle. The best was the eggs. They were well prepared. The staff is very relaxed and not very engaged in the customer experience. The staff is friendly and kind, just very not very present in dining experience.

Normally when I get my car serviced, I like to come here and get some breakfast. Every time I came here, the breakfast was good. On today, it wasn’t so good. I ordered the All-American as I always would. Simply asked for limp bacon (Not Cooked all the way) and Light Eggs. Definitely was an epic fail. When I sent the bacon back, the cook got an attitude and even was laughing when I sent it back. Just made me feel uncomfortable as I couldn’t eat my meal. The toast was burnt and the hash browns were the only thing that was good. The server was great as well. I always have her when I come and she provides a great service.
