The drive through line was long but they moved it along at a good pace. I ordered the white chocolate peppermint latte and they topped it with whipped cream and chocolate shavings which my local Starbucks does not do. They were very nice and communicated about the timing of my order.

Ordered mobile and pick up was 10:56. One bar was down so I understood waiting some extra time. I watched people come and go so I got up and asked about my drink. Barista half heartedly searched and said the other station probably had my order mixed in. I waited several more minutes and went directly to the other bar seeing she hadn’t worked on a hot drink since I was last at the counter. She searched and grabbed my drink which had been sitting behind the counter since the last time I walked up. No apologies for the delay just justification saying it hadn’t been sitting long.

Not sure why everyone gives this Starbucks such a bad review! I have been going here for over 7 months, at least 2-3x/week. When it’s peak hours, the employees do their best to make drinks and get them as fast as possible. They always check names of people standing around for mobile orders and make sure to update you on progress of order.
They’ve also been incredibly kind when I’ve ordered at the wrong Starbucks and they’ve remade my drink for me! Everyone here is super friendly and kind!

Staff was great, drink was awesome. Unfortunately the tall guy with long blonde hair who was on an iPad doing some type of inventory? needs to learn to speak to his employees, very rude, literally put a show on for all the customers to see his terrible attitude and customer service skills. Disgusting behavior to talk to people this way especially infront of others.

I’m done with Starbucks. They lost me as a customer when it’s no longer a social spot. They lost me when they price gouge snacks when I can get the same thing in the frozen isle of Walmart for less plus more servings. They lost me when they decided to make it that I have to make a purchase. Sorry I don’t pay for over priced coffee. For 6-7$ for a croissant when I can goto sub shop and get a full serving mean for 10$. Why would I pay for rip off shit at Starbucks? People no longer associate Starbucks with good quality it’s profit first now.

I stopped coming to this one a long time ago, I lived in Gulfport for the past 3 years and would always drive to either one in Biloxi before coming here. It doesn’t matter where I’m at I never come to this one because it takes literally at least 20-30 minutes to get through the line even when it’s not long at all. Which I actually wouldn’t mind as much if the drinks were even made well. The drinks never taste right, they barely have any flavor even when adding extra syrups. Just extremely tasteless. I came here today for the first time in years and nothing has changed. Waste of money to even come to this one

So we frequent Starbucks quite a bit. Normally I would give 5 stars. We stopped last night on way to work. Waited about 25 minutes for our Frappuccinos. Once we got them we headed to work. We didn’t get what we ordered which was very frustrating because we were already running late. Even more frustrating was the fact that we paid $19 and change fir our drinks. I really hope this gets to manager and they make it right. One drink wasn’t even finished
