Surprisingly good from out of nowhere in TN.
We were craving for some soup noodles after a round of golf at the Hermitage, in the freaking cold day, I mean literally in the 30 degree day.
Pan seared dumplings, aka pot stickers – Pretty good
Shanghai soup dumplings- not bad. Dough is on the thick side though.
Beef noodle soup – on the salty side but not bad
Zha Jiang noodle – not bad
Shredded beef rice bowl – just ok
Popcorn chicken- I am not a fan of popcorn chicken but not bad
Hit the spot. Would definitely return if we ever visit Hermitage TN in the future.

I love coming here! Quality is consistent and everyone is very friendly. Everything I have tried is a 10/10 from the food to the teas and Boba. You can’t miss here! Our favs are the mango milk tea, mashed taro jasmine milk tea, pork bao buns, pan seared chicken dumplings and the popcorn spicy chicken.

Steam Boys is always good when we get it. I enjoy the veggie steam and veggie seared Bao’s. The veggie noodle soup is so delicious like it’s been cooking for hours. I get with no heat because it can get pretty spicy!! Another great item I’ve tried is the pan seared chicken dumplings and that sauce they give with it, goodness!! Definitely try the Boba teas because the blueberry one with the popping is amazing

I really enjoyed my first experience. A great variety of drinks and dumplings. I really liked my order, and everyone at the table liked the sesame dumplings. The staff was also nice and helpful, advising me with my order.

Everything was super delicious. Made fresh and with great quality ingredients. I am looking forward to trying more things on my next visit. I will definitely be back. I have already told my extended family this gem is a must to add to our rotation of favorite dineouts. I was most excited to hear about their customizable options for their teas/boba (NOT a scoop of powder in water ♀️) they are a great size aswell. I was not disappointed we tried 4 different variations and they were all amazing.

We loved Steam Boys! Everything was fantastic. The service was quick, casual, and personable, and the food was great, especially the bao (I forgot to take a picture because I was too busy eating it). We also got beef pho and seared dumplings, which were good, but the bao truly was our favorite. Can’t wait to come again!

After a week of traveling and eating waaaaaaay too many fried foods, I was so delighted to find this gem. It is not too far from many of the airport hotels, and the prices are fair. You’ll pay plenty more at one of the larger chains for lower quality, heavier meals.
The staff were prompt and patient in answering questions.
We treated ourselves to Bubble Tea after dinner. It was top notch! Toasted coconut and egg cream is a winning combo, btw.

Beef noodle soup ($16) and black tiger milk tea were good. Generous portions on the protein, but not much vegetables. Nice way to warm up on a cold day!

Our lunch consisted on Beef Rice, Spicy Beef Noodles, Chicken & Shrimp/Pork Dumplings, Iced Coffee, & Peach Fruit Tea. The dumplings are definitely our favorite, besides the drinks 🙂 They offer a variety of drink options & they are all delicious. We love the calm inviting atmosphere. This is a great place for a peaceful meal, that’s going to leave you feeling happy & full.
