I first off want to say I love Waffle House but, this location is awful and the morning staff is extremely rude. I just left this location and received undercooked food and had to beg for condiments. Yes I tipped and I was polite. The moment I walked in I was not greeted I was simply just stared at. I waited and then asked for online order. The morning crew needs to be fired. All of them. They can’t cook, they’re rude and extremely entitled. I will not be spending my money at this location anymore.

Waffle House never misses. Delicious, affordable food at any hour of the day; I got there at like 2AM & everything was perfect. I paid like $25 for two meals and a coke. Service was friendly, the interior & restrooms were clean, and there was plenty of parking.

First we received dirty silverware. We were not offered any condiments for our coffee. We didn’t get a straw for our soda. We received the wrong food order and when we asked there was no special accommodations for us. The apple juice looked like it was sitting over a year with all the nasty residue floating around in the bottom. Once we received our food the employees continued their conversation in the back room and were nowhere to be found for 10 minutes. We decided to order a side of scrambled eggs with cheese and it took 15 minutes just to get this small side. The cook lady came from outside smoking didn’t wash her hands, had her phone in her hand while watching an explicit tv show with volume on high and inappropriate for the store setting and then she proceed to cook with no gloves on her. The waitress service was poor and just unprofessional. The urges of eating went away immediately.

Ashten, our server, was absolutely phenomenal—friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed with a positive attitude that truly brightened our day.
The service was impeccable, and the food looked and tasted amazing. Each dish was prepared to perfection, and the presentation was spot on. It was clear that the team takes pride in their work.
Devon, the manager, deserves a special shout-out for leading such a fantastic team. The staff were all great workers, collaborating seamlessly to create a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. The store itself was spotless, with a clean and inviting environment that added to the overall comfort of our visit.

I enjoyed the cleanliness, friendly, and quick service. I was craving grits and the waitress was very helpful. She told me about the sausage, egg, and cheese Grit Bowl which I did not have a clue there was such a plate in the menu. This place is open 24/7 Monday through Sunday. The waffle House has a new Peach waffle, must come back and try it. By the way my Grit Bowl was delicious!

I went to waffle house today and service was exceptional! My server name was Ashten the manager on shift was Devon, they work amazing together, food was hot and fresh and looked absolutely beautiful, the place was incredibly clean, great atmosphere and they were just extremely friendly, very welcoming & kept me laughing when before I was having a terrible day and they brightened my day, I would absolutely recommend this waffle house and looking forward to my next visit, to see them & for the great food, the manager can sure throw down on that grill!!
