This was hands down the best Waffle House experience I have ever had.
Yanna was our waitress, and not only was she incredibly kind and attentive, she is also pregnant and still moving with grace, patience, and professionalism. She checked on us consistently, kept everything flowing smoothly, and made us feel genuinely welcome.
Mr. Keith on the grill absolutely nailed it. The food was cooked perfectly. Everything came out hot, fresh, and exactly how we ordered it. It was one of those meals where you take a bite and just know the person cooking cares about what they are doing. I have never had a Waffle House meal this good.
Between Yanna’s warmth and Mr. Keith’s skill on the grill, this location truly stands out. Five stars all the way.

Listen the aggravated lady sweeping clearing lacks professionalism and I had a online order so I went to the window it’s cold and I have a baby she yelled and did not open the window just rude so I had to get my baby out in the rain when I was at the window. Lost my business I don’t appreciate the rudeness and when she cursed it took everything in me not to curse back she better be glad that I had my child and I don’t stoop to ignorance.

I just love this waffle house. My fiance and I go every Saturday for our weekly date, and the ladies that work here make it all the more special. They have been nothing short of amazing evey time we go. They truly make us feel welcome there and welcome back.
They’ve also not messed up my order! I think they gave us grits without cheese ONE time (it’s been a year or so now) and they immediately fixed it. But it’s also always fantastic, I get the same meal every week and they do a damn good job with my eggs and hash browns. Need to wake up? Waffle house coffee has got you covered.
The service is as fast as it can be on a busy Saturday morning, if you want to get in fast on a Saturday the earlier you go the better, I’d say it starts getting really busy around maybe 10-11.

Always so good! A lot of us might joke about Waffle House, but I’ve never had a bad meal there and I’ve been eating there my entire life. Service is always quick and friendly, and the food is always yummy and prepared as ordered. If not, they’ll fix it for you. I could’ve gone anywhere in Raleigh, North Carolina today, but Waffle House is consistently yummy and tastes homemade. The atmosphere might be kind of ugly, but if you don’t look, you’ll be fine! Lastly, my server was a nice young man named Jay, and he did a great job. He was kind, soft spoken, very attentive, and always offered me a nice smile.

Came in this morning and was super excited to have breakfast with my daughter because I never get to do this. I have never had a bad experience at a Waffle House until today. I got the super star and my grits and eggs came out disgusting. It tasted like I was eating a slab of butter and my eggs whites were so runny and raw. I asked if I could get a partial refund because everything else was perfect but since the fragile ego manager I guess cooked it he said it was cooked right so I could not get a refund. As a manager in the food industry myself I want to know how this was the right way to handle the situation? Does he not have training? Did he ever go to school? Was this his first day on the job? Cause by the taste of my food it seemed that way. The waitress I had was amazing and super kind. She apologized for my inconvenience (give her the manager position)

They seemed to all be semi-high.
The service was terrible. Took over 20 minutes to get our coffee. She started to leave the table when we told her we were ready to order. She didn’t get one thing correct. The young man that was at the register did a good job of correcting the bill so we only paid for what we ordered.

Overall good experience. It was a little louder than usual Waffle House loud. My toast was a little cold and my server was incompetent. 12/27/24, terrible customer service. Do not recommend and will not return.

This waffle house was super packed when I went. It was a Saturday morning. Had to write our name on a list and take a seat to wait for a table.
We didn’t wait extremely long, as I thought we would (due to many customers). When we were seated, waiter responded to our needs quickly, and food was out in no time. This waffle house was the cleanest waffle house I have seen yet!

I’ve never been to a waffle house! What a fantastic place. The food is served hot and fresh. It was delicious. The staff were above-and-beyond phenomenal, friendly, efficient and upbeat. Lastly and most importantly for me the place was SPARKLING CLEAN. Floors, tables, counters, even the parking lot and sidewalks. Two thumbs up!

Been here twice and the food is HORRIBLE. Literally taste old and it sits out for ages. I first ordered in and my food was nasty decided to give them another try getting takeout early in the morning when traffic is low and they still got my order wrong. If I didn’t want to look like that type of person I would’ve taken my food back and complained, but I was just too hungry. I will never go back please drive past this Waffle House.
