I bought food at this location 3531 Madison st riverside ca 92504 on 12/14/25. I Order a Hawaiian BBQ mix and teriyaki chicken plate and aside veggies. the cabbage had mold spots on both orders. And crispy shrimp tested like they use the same oil from previous day.. worse 60 dollars I spend here..

Ono never disappoints!! The meats are good, the Mac salad is creamy, the veggies are fresh. The prices can be steep but worth it. I wished they would give coupons. But one plate cab feed two people for sure. The Katsu chicken is light on the bread and delicious.

First time visiting this location because I’ve been craving L&L Hawaiian BBQ in Oahu. Cashier was very nice. Food was cooked fresh. Our order was made quickly and was delicious. Almost as good as the authentic L&L Hawaiian BBQ on the islands! I wish they had the garlic chicken but guess I’ll have to wait until I go back to the islands to get that

The food was hot and tasty. I had the teriyaki chicken bowl and got the Spam Masubi to go. On this particular day they were out of cups. Large cups only, and the staff didn’t have a clue about much of anything but I almost expect that nowadays sadly. I’ve been going here for years and I would say out of everything on the menu the Spam Masubi is my favorite.
