As always, placed order online, arrived at the time that the online receipt said that the food would be ready, went inside, had to wait for someone else paying for their order and when I told them the name on my order, they gave the bag to me immediately. Highly recommend this location!
2 months prior, my review was Ordered online, arrived at waffle House minutes later, walked inside and food was ready. Asked one waitress if everything was in the bag including 3 or 4 plastic utensils, butter and syrup, she said everything was in the bag. There were NO utensils in the bag. Saw the first waitress I spoke too and asked her for utensils and she said I got you and she put 3 or 4 utensils in my bag.
My review one month prior, Ordered online, picked up food immediately upon arrival! This place is it! No wait at all! Highly recommend! Phone message says, order in store or online. Order was placed and received text message by/before 9am, which said,
Thank you for ordering at Waffle House #1454.

Every time I come here late night my guy is on the grill and always gets it right. I am never unsatisfied with ordering from this waffle house. When you want a spot with a jukebox that knows how to make burgers, grits, hashbrowns, and eggs, this is the spot.

If you seen one Waffle House I feel like you seen them all. The decor was the same as I have seen at numerous locations and there was really no difference in the menu. It was slow when I visited so the crew was attentive to our wants and needs. Everyone was pleasant and our waitress Jessica made sure we had everything we needed. The food was hot and everything tasted good. I like my hashbrowns crispy and the cook prepared them to perfection. My only complaint was the tables weren’t as clean as I would have expected them to be with so little customers. Crumbs were on the table and little pieces of food were stuck to the menu. The silverware was clean and that meant a lot as I wasn’t eating off the table. The only reason I removed a star was because of the tables not being completely free of crumbs, otherwise this location is recommended.

So…the service was ok. The atmosphere was cold, which caused my food to get cold quickly. Floor was super greasy from the entrance all the way to the seat I chose at the window. I had to take baby steps to not fall. There was an individual there laid in the chair asleep with a bag beside him. My table was greasy and dirty from previous use. My syrup dispenser was cracked, leaking, and oozing syrup all along the sides of the container. Just…not a good experience whatsoever. I won’t be back to this location.

Terrible service we waited there half an hour and people were leaving and the staff didn’t clean the tables and they were just standing there acting like they were doing something. Beside all that this person gave us an attitude which was unnecessary. Honestly will never go back to this location such rude people

She said her steak meat tasted “weird”.Got accosted with sales pitch on their mugs at vheck out, asked for recipt and got ignored while she made another sales pitch to customer next to me…RUDE.
Not going back again.
