The drive from Wendy’s to my house is about 1.52 miles. I Ordered 2 spicy chicken combos and a extra kids frosty I was the only one in the drive thru. The person taking the order sounded irritated after I ordered the first combo meal. I had ordered the second and she did not sound happy at all. After I asked to add a kids jr frosty she told me my total before I could ask her to modify the second chicken sandwich to plain. I got to the window she had a red bandana and a Mohawk. She seemed to have something up her as and I was getting the backlash. She took my card, then handed it back. The first drink was a dr pepper which the lid wasn’t on all the way and you could tell it had spilled down the side. I asked her for napkins for the spill and she turned away and cleaned the drink off. The same was for the chocolate frosty they both had chocolate down the sides. I had to ask her for a receipt then the window was slammed in my face before I could even get napkins for myself or the other messy frosty. I was in line with a lifted ford behind me. The parking lot was empty. I got home and noticed my large fry I paid for was alot less than a large. The fries were cold in both orders I had to heat them up in my toaster oven. Pretty sure this is not how fast food is supposed to be served with a 7 min drive after you leave to get home. I am so upset with the service it set my good vibes off. I havent eaten at Wendy’s for months but will definitely be taking my business elsewhere and telling others to not visit Wendy’s for these reasons. I will be contacting Wendy’s Twitter and filing a complaint.

Almost all fast food chains are based on a business model of being able to hire cheap workers. UBI was supposed to make that model work better, but the opposite has occurred. Both this Wendy’s and the KFC by our home have had to shut down multiple times because they could not get people to work there. Apparently, the results of this social engineering experiment are so unexpected that the Wendy’s app continues to take mobile orders for stores that have no workers. You drive to Wendy’s to pick up the food you paid for, and get only a sign.

Had a craving for a spicy chicken. Stopped by, little extra wait while I waited for them to cook up a fresh and hot spicy. Everyone was so nice and apologized for the wait. Great workers food was excellent.

I was told by Maria that they closed their lobby at 7 pm and I needed to eat outside, Its 25 degrees outside. Then she couldnt scan my app. She said the scanner was broken, and i couldnt use or gain points.

The door says the lobby opens at 10. At 10:45 all the doors were locked. Got back in our truck to use the drive through and could not get a response on the speaker in the drive through. Pulled up to the second window and someone opened the window and stared at us. I asked the woman if we could order there and she just said “the lobby is open.” Parked, walked back inside, stood in front of the counter for 5 minutes before being helped. I won’t be coming back to this Wendy’s.

This Wendy’s is the worst Wendy’s I have ever been to. Truthfully I have only been able to eat there once out of the 5 times I have tried to go. They are always closed for random reasons. Showed up yesterday at 4pm and the sign covering the mic on the drive through said, sorry we are closed. We drove up and there was only a couple people in there cleaning up. I have always gone middle of the day and they have always been closed.

Wish I took a picture because you could see how dry and over cooked my spicy chicken was. I eat a lot of the chicken sandwiches and this one was by far the worst. I took 3 bites and threw it away. Fries were okay and frosty was what you’d expect

Apparently it’s ok to scream at customers at the drive thru at this location. They tell everyone to pull forward now, block cars, & then reprimand us for it. The customer service is terrible. Go anywhere else. I say this as someone who has been a customer at this location for years.
