Just wanted to post my experience today, always go to drive-thru and never expect something like this when I actually got off and ate inside. Service was fast and food was hot but it wasn’t until I went to refill my cup before leaving did I see this black stuff behind the soda spouts and around the ice dispenser. Not sure if it’s mold or not regardless made me gag a little. Just so everyone can be careful and check before getting drinks inside only makes you wonder if that’s how the public lobby dispensers are imagine how the ones in the back that no one can see could be like. Hopefully someone higher up can see this and get that issue resolved. It’s not fair when you’re paying for food yet the quality of where the food is being prepared is horrible, fast-food or not there is rules and regulations that aren’t being met.

I went to the website according to their reply below. Spent time to fill up their forms. When I submitted the form, it says “Page Not Found”.

I’m giving two because the fries was hot, and that is the only good thing I had experienced there.
Too slow for a fast food. Waited 20+ minutes for two order of burgers and 2 order of fries. We were in the drive thru, so we had to pull up to the waiting line. It was about 7pm-ish not too many cars parked and not a long line either. The dinner rush was over by then, and yet they couldn’t serve fast enough.
The bottom bun was cold too. Idk why but it was cold. Probably from waiting to be served.

I Was waiting in the drive through. They told me to hold. Was sitting for 5 mins or so and decided to go in because 2 cars got their order token while I was on “hold”. There was a drive worker with headset socializing and playing with people in a car in the parking lot. When I went in side. I was waiting another 20 mins. There were about 4 groups of people also waiting for their order. All I ordered was a fry, a sweet tea and a frappé. Couldn’t make my frappé but didn’t show it was unavailable on the app. Do not recommend. It is an ongoing issue.

parked 8 cars… every single one waited 15 minutes or more for their orders. no other cars after them.. that means the first car waited for longer than 15 minutes for a single bag of food… this place is insane. by the time i got my food, everything was cold, and the order was wrong. skip this one.

I’ve been to this McDonald’s on a few occasions inside, and outside. Twice that I’ve gone at night the service has been slow, when no one is there because they are to busy cleaning, and my food was completely wrong. None of my customizations were made. The food was awful and the sprite tasted disgusting. The irony is the picture of mold in there drink machine, but they are to busy cleaning. I’ve also had to go back to have things fixed on several separate occasions during the day shifts.

I ask the manager a question and she was very unprofessional she didn’t have a name tag because I would say her name. We also waited 10 minutes before someone took our order.

I got a large cappuccinonot only was i missing 1/3 of my drink but they never ever add sugar. Even if I pay for extra liquid sugar and cream it’s still just black coffee.

Poor service. Poor management. Arrive in the drive through at 10:50pm and no one answered. Drove up to window and the staff were having a good time laughing and horse playing around. Sat at the window where clerk was sitting down saying they were closed and it wasn’t 11pm. Ask for supervisor she refused to come to window. Reached out to Katrina the manager via email and she refused to call me to upon request. This is not the customer service we are looking for nor expecting in this community.

Use the app. Never had issues until I actually went through the drive through. Heard a lot of loud music in the background, employee couldn’t hear me and asked me to repeat my order multiple times and still got it wrong. The food quality isn’t bad at all here but the drive through is just incapable. Will just go back to the app per usual to actually get what I asked for

$10 for this chicken nugget on a piece of bread lol this place has 3 stars for a reason will never be eating here again. Trash service ontop even worse quality food this is by far my worst experience with fast food place by far and I’ve gotten raw food before lol ill go outta my way from now on to avoid this resturant wont be hard considering Cook Out and Burger King are next door
