Didn’t really have high expectations but I do expect vegetables to not be rotten. Both the broccoli and cabbage were rotten and spoiled.

Don’t waste your money or time.
For a first time impression it was rock bottom. I don’t think I’ll give this franchise another try.
There were five customers eating in, assumed this was an indicator of being a decent spot.
Not sure if it’s the location, but the food was terrible. I ended up tossing the plate after my boyfriend and I took a bite. We couldn’t even go back to ask for a recook since we ordered it to go.
The rice was very undercooked it had a gross crunch and got stuck in our teeth. The steak was inedible and a stringy mess with an unsettling texture. The meat just tasted old and gross, even the chicken was weird.
I was pretty upset and disappointed since this was supposed to be our lunch.
I don’t know how this location has more than 1 star.

The least protein portion iv ever seen, no onion offering no sauce included had to ask for everything, oh no napkins too !

I hate to be the one who sounds like a complainer, but I do not eat fast food I meal prep and when I don’t have time to prep, I eat Waba Grill. This Waba Grill is by far the worst one that I’ve ever been to. She gave me literally nothing but rice there’s four pieces of broccoli inside my bowl and I told her chicken and shrimp bowl and then doesn’t put my shrimp in there and charges me another four dollars for my shrimp and there’s barely any chicken in here. I’m completely frustrated with this establishment in this location and something needs to change. And they never have lemon

This is the best Waba I’ve had. There are several locations. Each with various levels of customer service and food quality. It would be 5 stars if this location had consistently good service and food. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case. A majority of the time the food is great. I recommend the half and half chicken and steak bowl or the chicken and veggie bowl. The Waba sauce is in point

Not the best waba i ever been to. I love waba personally its over priced like a mother but i can turn a blind eye because the food is tasty. I hate when im short handed though. Ive more than payed my dues. This place try to give me one little little container of jalapenos/carrots. Other stores at least give you filled sandwich baggies of carrots this one was containers the same ones they put the chopped onions in. when i asked for more they tried to tell me there gonna charge me for more i was one heart beat away from asking for my money back. At the end i ended getting six containers of carrots not charged and that still wasnt enough as a baggy would of been. Dont cheap out on the carrots or people wont come back to your location. No one has ever cheeped out on carrots like that before. There were no chopsticks. The place is still outdated looks more like a chinese fast food store than a waba. For me i was insulted by trying to charge me for something that used to be load as much as you want. They try to hit me with the shortage of because of covid story. No… jalapenos and carrots are in abundance let the customer have what he wants… Your boss owns the store not you. I just looked at previous reviews and someone else complained about the portion size of onions and carrots, they told him they would talk to the crew. Guess they dont follow up on their statements. Also whats with all the b-roll on the reviews look like a lot of self promotion. Let the customer take the pictures wayne.

Terrible place as soon as I walked in. It looks dirty and smells odd. When I asked for Waba sauce the manager I’m assuming (Asian man with no uniform) went through my bag to literally show me the 1 packet. To then I replied can I have more. And he literally rolled his eyes and gave me 1 more packet. Very stingy man for some sauce. Won’t be coming back and I suggest you don’t either. The chicken was dry too. Calimesa Waba grill is soooooo much better!!

Arrived tonight (Sunday) at 8:50pm – location is already closed for the night even though this location advertises it closes at 9pm every night.
Disappointed.
