We also make hard cider thru the process of slow keg carbonation. Our wine & cider is super dry & raw fermented with European champagne yeasts. Very reminiscent of the basque Cidre in Europe. Wine & Cider is available by appointment only ! We are not open to the public ! Nice little spot with very good food -woodfire grilled pizza- stfupalmmuap and margherita pizzas and smoked bratwurst were so delicious, hazy IPA and apple wine super good! Laid back feels, very chill and friendly owner. Oh, and try the spiciest chili on your pizza if you love spicy food.
