Service, atmosphere, and food were all great. The polpette was amazing as well as the tagliatelle bolognese. Made our reservation through resy for our anniversary dinner and our waiter brought us out a slice of cake on the house which was so incredibly sweet. 10/10 recommend

I don’t normally leave reviews but this restaurant is amazing. Staff is SO lovely and welcoming. And the FOOD y’all the food is so good and fresh!!!! I got the gnocci with vodka sauce and it was perfection! You can definitely tell it was made from scratch. Will definitely be back!!!

I’m bummed to post this but I chose based on recent reviews so thought I would share our experience. First I want to say the server was working hard and I felt badly as she seemed to be the only server in the restaurant. At one point the hostess was delivering food so they must have been short staffed. I’m giving the two stars since the bread was tasty, the calamari was good and our cocktails were made well.

First time here and it was fantastic! The hostess was very pleasant greeting and seating us at our table. A very pleasant lady brought us our cannellini beans and homemade bread. Our waiter Philly was at our table in 2 minutes pouring us water and taking our drink order. The cocktails were wonderful!!

If you are looking for a unique restauraunt, Volo is the place. First, they have really amazing staff, they hustle and really make the experience better. Alex, my server was fantastic. The food is amazing and the manager knows how to really manage a restaurant while creating a fun and exciting atmosphere. She even checked up on my table mid course to see if everything was alright, and it was more then that!! The food is amazing, such a variety of dishes including: fish, red meat, salads, and really good pastas. Cant forget the amazing dessert menu also. My favorite is the tiramusu. This restaurant is a must go to if you live in Charlotte and we will be back soon!!!

From the moment we walked in everyone was very welcoming. The food was delicious and fresh, and the staff was just amazing, they all made for a wonderful dinner. The squid ink pasta had the perfect amount of spice and sooo good, my husband is obsessed with their gnocchi.
