I hadn’t been to a Vocelli’s Pizza in decades and didn’t even know that they had a Monroeville location. I saw their special for a $5.99 large cheese pizza and that they had a Monroeville location and decided to try it. I ordered a large, thin crust cheese pizza with regular sauce. I have to admit that it was good but had WAY too little sauce and was dry. I then ordered another one with triple sauce and it was INCREDIBLE!!! All the employees were extremely friendly and professional and I was amazed by how quickly my orders were ready! I placed both orders and went to the shop immediately, arriving in 10 minutes or so after placing my order online, and my orders were not only already ready but extremely hot so that I knew that they had not been premade.

Terrible experience. I ordered from here tonight after they got my order wrong last time, and i tried to order one of their ‘specialty’ pizzas, a colossal mac n cheese pizza. When i got it, it was undercooked, chewy, and nearly as thin as the cardboard the box was made from. Not only that, but it barely had any cheese on it at all and the way it was cut was more reminiscent of the pattern of on a stained glass window than a pizza. I called the place to let them know what happened, and i spoke with the same person who i placed the order with. She told me nothing was wrong with it, and that she made the pizza personally. When i tried to interject she hung up on me. I called her back and she gave the phone to the guy who delivered the pizza, who said his name was Clay. He gave the excuse that the food service industry is incredibly understaffed, and said that the few employees that are there are incredibly skilled. His exact words were “on one hand i wanna make you happy because youre the customer, but on the otjer hand all pizzas are given a two-step quality check before being sent out. Eventually i got him to agree to at least a *partial* refund, claiming it was a sign of good faith, but honestly i think it was just to get me off the phones. I wound up eating a few slices of the pizza anyway because i didnt get my money back, and my jaw is actually physically sore from how tough it was to chew.

Hear there few people need of a raise so need to show you appreciation to the ones who help make ur business what it is if u show appreciation maybe your worker would care more and u get 5 star instead of a one start or jack up order sorry just tired hearing about company not taking care of there employees just something you should look into still great pizza

Ordered delivery online. It took one hour, but it was Absolutely delicious! We ordered their Garlic Vocelli rolls, and three build-your-own pizzas. Very happy with service and taste. Would definitely recommend and will order from them again!
