Absolutely best pizza and hoagies we’ve ever had! Staff was extremely friendly and polite, they gave us an EMT discount. 100% will be back the next time we’re out this way (which is often).

John was very friendly and welcoming as I entered the establishment, it’s nice to feel appreciated as a customer. His service was fast but not rushed. Its good to know there are still people out here that knows how to give good customer service.

The order(for 2 hoagies) was placed at 6:05. The estimated pick up time was 6:45. Upon arrival, I was told that it would be an additional 15 minutes. Apparently, my order had never been prepared. At 6:58 my Oder was finally being packaged: the excuse from the manager was that they were” over-worked and under paid”; he went on to complain about a catering order that they were preparing and that was also late. I was never offered a discount or even a drink as compensation for the delay. Never again. Please see the photos. The hoagies aren’t even sliced in half and whatever was in the oven before my order is stuck to the bread.

Terrible experience. I ordered from here tonight after they got my order wrong last time, and i tried to order one of their ‘specialty’ pizzas, a colossal mac n cheese pizza. When i got it, it was undercooked, chewy, and nearly as thin as the cardboard the box was made from. Not only that, but it barely had any cheese on it at all and the way it was cut was more reminiscent of the pattern of on a stained glass window than a pizza. I called the place to let them know what happened, and i spoke with the same person who i placed the order with. She told me nothing was wrong with it, and that she made the pizza personally. When i tried to interject she hung up on me. I called her back and she gave the phone to the guy who delivered the pizza, who said his name was Clay. He gave the excuse that the food service industry is incredibly understaffed, and said that the few employees that are there are incredibly skilled. His exact words were “on one hand i wanna make you happy because youre the customer, but on the otjer hand all pizzas are given a two-step quality check before being sent out. Eventually i got him to agree to at least a *partial* refund, claiming it was a sign of good faith, but honestly i think it was just to get me off the phones. I wound up eating a few slices of the pizza anyway because i didnt get my money back, and my jaw is actually physically sore from how tough it was to chew.

The pizza is always fresh and good here when I select pick up. However, The same woman is there ALL of the time, running her butt off, with Seemingly lack of help by those working with her. Even when she asks for help, they give her blank stares (mainly the driver) like they have no idea what’s going on. She asked for the driver to put gloves on and get lettuce and he seemed confused and did neither. She had to do it herself. These types of things cause delays.
Furthermore, I understand Vocelli doesn’t have a full kitchen but I didn’t know that the chicken salads had cold pre cooked chicken. I was expecting hot and fresh. I simply won’t order that again.
Yes , of course I’ll come back and always have but the salad was disappointing.

Just finished the perfect thin crust cheese pizza. Perfect thickness, amount of sauce and cheese. Requested well done. Crispy heaven. Also had the Italiano lite dressing. Was great with extra cheese to counter the meats. A very good delivery experience.

Strongly lacking customer satisfaction skills I know if somebody wasn’t happy with my food or their order I certainly would be replacing it immediately not giving them measurements as the how much we put into our product manager could have simply just replaced my order and called it a day no they wanted to argue with me who argues with their customers I don’t know I know I wouldn’t
