Went to get the advertised “Toasted Italian “, placed my order and paid, right after paying for my food I asked the cashier Lakeshia to make sure that they the sandwich makers didn’t put mayo on my sandwich add Ranch instead, so she begin telling the sandwich maker, the sandwich makes an ugly face and says something under her breath- the cashier then comes back to me with an attitude and says, “the customer usually says whatever changes that need to be made is normally communicated before making payment “. I didn’t realize there was a time limit to say how I wanted my sandwich to be made. Also, my sandwich wasn’t toasted. I didn’t have time to wait, was on my lunch break. In closing, I will NEVER come to this location. The Cashier and Staff were rude!!!!

It’s a Jimmy John’s. The sandwiches are pretty good, exactly what you’d expect from a Jimmy John’s. The problem is that they regularly contract their deliveries out to Uber, which takes like an hour to get. Jimmy John’s is not a food that’s worth waiting an hour for. At least amend your motto.. “subs so average speed that you might have time to eat it during your lunch break if you’re lucky.”

This place is a joke. I called to say they never gave me my chips. And there was a very thin layer of mean. And thats all on the sandwich. The guy that answered the phone started cussing at me and all the attitude that a person can have. It was the worst 15.00 ever.

Went and got food here. My food was t fresh and my potato salad had rotten potatoes in it. Somebody was supposed to reach out to talk to me about this issue and rectify the situation but nobody did. Truly a disappointing and poor representation of the Jimmy John’s name. They do not conduct good honest business.

My first experience at Jimmy John’s . The sandwich was good. I will say in comparison to Subway it was not worth the price. It basically only came with mayo, lettuce, and tomato. Almost $9 I should be able to get what I want on it ♀️ the staff are friendly. It tasted good. Unfortunately I will stick with the usual sub shop. Overall a decent experience.

Used to be a regular here and was always in and out within 5 minutes and greeted with a smile. Much different experience this time. Waited on my my order for about 10 minutes before being told that they were out of chicken. I was given a refund of mostly quarters after having paid with a card. The place was a mess, employees arguing with (presumably) the manager. Nobody is in any kind of hurry and they act as though it is a burden to help a customer. I’ll never be back to this location and would not recommend anyone order from here.

My last 3 orders from this location have been awful. Something is either missing or been replaced with something else. I complained back in November and was sent a gift card and informed that the employees needed a lot of training. I don’t think they’ve gotten the training yet. Everything I ordered used to be fabulous and I never had any complaints. Something terrible has happened at this location. Don’t waste your money here.

Always heard how great it was…. no offense but they have nothing on Subway ❤️ Was not impressed in the least, couldn’t even chew the bread, no chicken or steak, chips also barely chewable and didn’t feel like they were friendly to me as a customer, I was hardly acknowledged and made to feel like my presence was an inconvenience to them and what they had going on at the time. I will probably not ever return as a result of the whole experience…. not that they will be affected either way, just saying lol
