Went here as we passed through STL on road trip. In Japan, most coffee shops allow smoking with the coffee so I really missed it. It goes well together just like bread and butter (or burek and ayran 🙂 ) So when I stopped here and an ashtray was given with the coffee it was a nice surprise. Espresso was so strong and good. Staff was nice. Please, if you are sensitive about smoke go to Starbucks. Leave more seats for us 😀

My companion and I did not care for the coffee, the vibe, the friendliness of staff, or the cigarette smoke. Might be nice for some who want a smoke with their cup of coffee, but definitely not what we were hoping for. Even apart from the smoke and coffee combination not being our preference, the price of the lattes (both hot and iced) was not worth $10 for the low-quality ingredients used. They both tasted like hot and iced leftover cereal milk. The only redeeming quality was the very cool decor and the amazing red exterior. But we would not ever consider returning just for the great decor.

This is the most disgusting place I’ve ever walked into. Either you’re a bar or Coffee shop. What coffee shop allows smoking INSIDE!! Smells like a nasty dirty ashtray. When you walk in they smoke they don’t carry non milk options and only Carmel, chocolate and vanilla for flavor. This is definitely NOT anywhere I’d ever recommend.

I googled “cafes near me” and this was the closest. I was not disappointed. I immediately spotted it’s bright red exterior, but the dark windows made me a little cautious. It’s just to offset the bright sunlight that comes through the windows! Even with the tint it’s bright inside. It’s a nice small space for a quick meeting or visiting with a friend. it’s a cozy little niche where the staff is pleasant and the patrons mind their business. I say at the bar and the owner was kind and courteous. This is a slow time for them so maybe stop by and get a coffee or dessert to help them stay afloat. It’s a nice place to have in the neighborhood. I’ll definitely visit again☺️☕

This is NOT a cafe- it is an indoor smoking bar that happens to sell some other drinks. The secondhand smoke was intense and I decided to leave without my 8 am coffee. My hair smelled despite a brief period inside and I went home to wash it. Unpleasant experience- smoke should be in the name or posted on the door so people are aware before entering.

Not a great environment and the coffee was bad. The barista had to look up how to make a mocha. She put ice in it even though I didn’t request an iced drink. I told her it was cold and she said it was because I was cold because my hair was wet. And I told her this didn’t taste like a mocha and she pointed to the chart she looked at and told me I was wrong.

What a great local shop! Great European football on the tv and an inviting atmosphere. It wasn’t smokey at all. Don’t let the other reviews about smoke impact your choice ! Also, the price for a latte was a steal!!!

Not for me. This locale is for a very specific patron. It’s not a traditional café but a coffee bar. The menu was a poster on the wall with no pricing. No food as previous posts suggested. If you are a smoker you might appreciate this opportunity to have a place to hang. Decor was interesting and clean.
