We love Viva Chicken and eat there all the time. The reason for a three star score is due to paying for extra avacado without receiving it and biting into a pit or seed and hurting my tooth.

This was a spontaneous visit after a day of moving into the area. We just wanted some quick food. It was that. I was pleased with my meal and especially enjoyed the green beans. While the staff weren’t particularly friendly (they were very busy) the overall experience was good. I’ve returned a few times. The staff experience is always the same, and the restaurant is too loud and busy for me, so I just order ahead and take it home. I enjoy the food and have not been disappointed.

We like Viva Chicken, but this location is very inconsistent! Salads are always brown and kind of look like past due, the veggies like cucumber, tomatoes were old and saggy, only 2 cucumber slices and tomatoes… pulled chicken was dry.

Ordered the Arroz Chaufa de Pollo without the vegetables. Even the juice had a weird taste to it. It didn’t taste fresh. Service was slow. Food was horrific. Money wasted. I trashed it as it was inedible. Some parts of the rice were mushy, while others were hard. The chicken looks too pink for my liking and didn’t appear done. Food prices are too expensive these days for food to be garbage and there not be quality control and better presentations.

Beyond disappointed ☹️ I LOVED ME sum Viva Chicken! The sauce… they have a unique flavor and the chicken is moist & flavorful. NOT TODAY. It appears to be, but can we say dry!?! The corn salad was under cooked and the sauce were watered down. I can only imagine the issues restaurants are having , but to sell food that’s not up to standard is just terrible. The beans are good and they have a avocado dish that’s amazing. The restaurant was very clean & customer service was great! They’ve always been great with communication, making you feel welcomed. The prices have tremendously increased, but that’s everywhere. There great menu selections, a nice variety!

Please stop using nasty, tasteless, not nutritious iceberg lettuce. It’s awful. How about spinach or romaine or any other higher quality lettuce. Also, your salads are big. Please put more than 2 tiny Roma tomatoes and two small cucumbers on the salad. You guys at least used to do 4..what happened? Quality is going down. Do something. My salad is mostly junky lettuce 🙁

Just picked up my dinner from Viva. Well, I quickly checked to make sure nothing was burnt, but didn’t actually, check the chicken.after getting home and opening the box, I notice that it’s dark meat (leg and thigh), which is fatty. I paid an additional $1.25 for white meat. The receipt reflects the cost with my $10 reward. I was not wasting gas to go back so I’m stuck eating it.
