Person who answered phone not friendly. Received food barely hot…. As if frozen and reheated shortly. Lasagna was not meat, and Parmesan cheese was main ingredient. Garlic bread burnt and rubbery. Double burger dry and tasteless. Heard good things about here and overall very disappointed.

I’ve been ordering from Vito’s Express for a while and the pizza is just getting better and better.
Looking at the 1-Star reviews I am amazed. This is an express location — take out and delivery are the best options — the drivers are always great. Friendly, fast, pizza arrives hot.
The subs are always good. The stromboli and calzone are always good.
I’ve never ordered the entrees, so I can’t rate them, but I also wouldn’t order a chicken alfredo from a pizza delivery spot…

Vitos makes the worst version of every dish I’ve tried there. All the 5 star reviews are from people with no taste buds. Thought it may have just been an off day for them, but they proved their inability to make anything taste good.
Baked Zitti – flavorless and soggy
Lasagna – Sloppy, soupy, greas mess with weird meat and ZERO ricotta cheese.
Buffalo Chicken Wrap – Downing in sauce. Tough chewy chicken. Awful iceberg white & brown lettuce
Pizza – Lots of toppings but zero zest. Weak sauce and hard crust.

At Vito’s Pizza in Owings Mills, the cheese pizza and calzone are both scrumptious and I recommend. Though customer service can sometimes be inconsistent when they are busy, the savory flavors compensate for it. I’ve had no problem with the accuracy of my food, but I make sure to order in person to avoid potential phone miscommunications. For a delightful dining experience, head to Vito’s Pizza. Will be going back.

Food was greasy, sandwich not fixed as ordered, bread was scorched, no flavor to food. I ordered fish filet w/cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, mayo, and lite fried onions. My sandwich had mushrooms, green pepper, and hunks of onions on burned bread.

When I go to an Italian restaurant, I often eat eggplant parmesan. That’s what I had here at Vito’s. It was delicious. The place is clean. Service is prompt as long as the place isn’t busy. You have to order at the cash register. There’s plenty of free parking out front.

Last time I went here I did an online order, got there 5 minutes past the pick up time and they hadn’t even started making it yet (annoying that I pre tipped). Gave the benefit of the doubt and came back, this time it sucked there is maybe 2oz MOST of meat on here and nothing is spread out, I think this is because I didn’t tip this time. Never coming back horrible Stromboli for $20

I ordered one slice of cheese pizza. The pizza has potential. They used like a half teaspoon of sauce. They need to add more sauce to the pizza. It taste like I was eating cheese bread.
