Walked in excited to try the place out. The waitress took long to take our order and was very nonchalant when asked for recommendations. Food was not bad – I liked their chicken kebab and rice. We ordered a tea pot and the pot came with mint leaves and water there was no tea added to it and it was almost empty( it was straight up hot water with mint leaves) – we had to ask them to remake it and they kindly accommodated us. We lastly ordered kanefeh for dessert. I couldn’t even take 2 spoon bites from it – would not order it again. Overall it’s a nice atmosphere but work is needed on the staff itself and the food. Not once did someone come and give us a water refill. I had high hopes for this place I hope they can continue to improve 🙂

The food was fantastic and the atmosphere really nice. Clean dining room, plates, cutlery and cute cups for tea. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Service needed some polish but I visited on opening night so I’m sure they’ll iron it out soon enough. Worth a visit!

We just happened upon this in the Google maps and apparently it’s brand new. We’ve been open for four days. The food was very tasty that we got and made fresh. The teas were very good.
The service was quite slow for not very many people there, and I can only hope that this improves when they hire more people. It was the co-owner as the server, but very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely come back again. And then we had to wait quite a while to get our check but give it a go. I can only improve with service.

This Mediterranian restaurant recently opened in our neighborhood and we wanted to give it a try.
We ordered the Chicken Swarma, Baba Ghanoush, Tabbouleh, Lentil soup, & mint Lemonade.
All of the items tasted great! That said, the Baba Ghanoush is not what we have experienced at other eateries. It tasted fine, but we’re used to the creamy dip version. Their bread was outstanding! Note: Their bread is softer than the standard issue pita bread we get at other restaurants.
I recommend Old Jerusalem for your next Mediterranean food fix.

Finally! Real authentic Arabi Food! The only Mediterranean food you should enjoy. Way better than Abba, because this is the legit and original delicious cuisine. Excellent.
