Quality of food is great. Simple fresh salad bowls this place does it great with chicken and the green goddess sauce and the only thing that separated this place from others was the mint ingredient. I ordered the item and noticed no change to their menu and listed ingredients for the green goddess bowl or the other similar bowl which includes mint, I ate nearly half my bowl and noticed it was missing, so I went to ask and the young girl stated “it’s on our menu, but they’re not adding it anymore so just let them know if I want it”… so false advertisement and I have to assume not all the ingredients will be included? It even asked to add it on which I would have had it not been added on the list of ingredients already.. doesn’t really add up. Plus my husband wrap was missing the steak that he added extra and stated no pickled items, ordered inside on the kiosk, so it’s like these kids are not able to read the instructions or care to, but we paid $68 for our meal, so I expect better. I seen the owner try to hire help and usually young kids as that’s all he can get, I get it l, but the prices need to add up to the service. We ended up having our order to go because it took way to long.

I was going to this place four or five times a week for the last three months spending $300 per month on Vitality Bowl‘s for my wife and I and now all of a sudden they’re filling them up halfway and the owner doesn’t care when I brought this complaint to his attention. His manager stated it was due to inflation? Owner said that they were always suppose to be half full. I lost complete total respect for this man and the way he conducts his business. $13+ was expensive enough for a bowl, half a bowl is ridiculous at that price.

The food is excellent, and I’ve seen staff at all levels being thoughtfully trained by the manager. She even went out of her way to assist me with the app, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this place for its healthy options, cleanliness, and professional service.

Came here for the first time on a Saturday morning around 11 AM. They had a sign for a Bowl of the Month: Red, White, and Blueberry bowl, but at the register, they told me that they don’t have that, even though the sign is still on their store. They said the closest one would be a Vitality Bowl, which includes organic Açaí, strawberries, banana, VB superfood blend, with Toppings: organic granola, bananas, strawberries, organic, Goji, berries, and honey. Upon checking in on yelp, there is a 10% off coupon from Yelp. However, when the cashier try to put it in, it was not available in the system so she had to call corporate. Corporate said that they do not honor that discount and it must’ve been someone from Yelp who put the discount in. The staff overall seemed very under trained, and didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing. It was completely empty when we came in, so thankfully there wasn’t a long way or anything but the bowl took about 15 minutes to make.
The bowl was kind of dissatisfying. I was expecting more hearty granola, instead of just dried oats. I was also expecting larger shavings of coconut instead of just some grated coconut that you can get in the baking section of a grocery store. The smoothie was kind of bland, but definitely Açaí. Thankfully, the fruit was fresh.
Overall, my experience was not pleasant, and the food was very blah. I would not recommend this place nor would I come back – we’re typically not in this area anyway.

Been to a handful of Vitality Bowl locations, this one is the best one. Food was great! The staff was awesome, super clean and was pretty seamless. Order accuracy as well-I had modifications to my orders. Keep up the great work & kudos to you guys!!
