So I had never even heard of this spot until I saw it come across a local food blog. My coworker and I decided we should head over and try it out out. The staff was oh so pleasant and guided us through the menu. I got the daily special, which was a sausage and peppers sandwich. I had coleslaw and a side of marinara. My sandwich was wonderful and the coleslaw had some good tang. My coworker got the meatball sub. Both were delightful, but we ended up switching because she enjoyed the sausage and peppers and I really liked the meatballs. Both were top notch lunch sandwiches. The sweets were a nice treat. I picked up some specialty items for the house as well. It’s far east for a west central person, but it’s a nice place to visit from time to time.

I came to just look at what they had and left with so many great items. I just bought some cookies and already had 3. The bread is what I really went to look at, so I’m excited to try the loaf I bought along with the eggplant caponata they also make in-house. I can’t wait to go back.

Great cookies! Love the bakery. The lunch was eh, not bad not good. Helpful staff and friendly. Neat thing is that they also sell local Italian products. I haven’t tried but very curious. They are pricey so go with money. Also, you can call in and pick up which is great! They have delivery. All in all its great atmosphere that is really relaxed. Check out the picks I have more to add cause I will go back!

This is a hidden gem on Tucson’s east side. The commercial kitchen behind the local Italian market facade cranks out specialty breads, pastries and pasta for some of Tucson’s most popular restaurants. They have take n bake pizzas, pre-packaged heat and serve items like Eggplant & Chicken Parmesan, Lasagna, Ravioli and more. The dessert case is the eighth wonder of the world. They make their own gelato!Gelato!! They serve lunch primarily but do have a Friday night dinner service from 4 to 8 p.m..Make sure you call them 1st before you come on down, seating is limited.

An authentic taste of Italy snuggled into the city of Tucson. Check out their delicious bakery breads and get a freshly filled cannoli. Great coffee and gelato, too. We made a reservation to come back later for Friday night sit down dinner, which was fantastic: even my Sicilian mom approved! Loved that the humble chef made his rounds to each table: what an interesting guy. Abby runs the place with an iron fist and a big heart. Best Italian in Tucson.

The paninis are incredible. No one else in Tucson does proper Italian paninis like them. They also have an insane amount of other products like fresh gelato, Italian pastries, meal prep, and other items. 10 out of 10

In addition to the showcases of baked cookies and different breads available, they have a menu you can order food from. Fried cod and stuffed ziti are great choices. There are many more choices. They have pizza to go and bake at home plus other frozen entrees in the freezer. They have pizza and pasta dough ready made. The baklava is wonderful. Different style cake slices are available. In the world of new hourly wages, their prices are about mid-range, and in line with other business increases locally. Try it. Yummy..
