I was so excited to hear that Vinnie’s Tacos opened in downtown Clayton! I took my daughter today and needless to say, we both loved it! The service was exceptional and the food was absolutely delish! And oh my goodness, the churro cheesecake… A MUST TRY!!!

Fantastic new Mexican restaurant in Clayton! We (4) dropped in for dinner and we’re super surprised to have such a nice meal. The veggie burrito was amazing and the service, from the entire team was exceptional!
They are new (21Dec25), so they were still waiting on their liquor license.

Solid food, friendly service and cute atmosphere. We had the verde chicken enchiladas and street tacos. Both were delicious and we would get the same dishes again. Chips and homemade salsa were also very good. This will be our new go-to Mexican food in Clayton.

Beautiful presentation and the food and plates are colorful and authentic looking but the plates we tried were lacking in flavor. Wasn’t enough spice in their salsas or entrees. Wanted to love it but it was just alright in our opinion. Friendly staff.

Went there today for the first time! This little Mexican spot is an absolute gem for downtown Clayton! The space is charming, the staff is welcoming, and the food is SO fresh and flavorful. You can really tell everything is made with care. Such a great addition to the area! We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Vinny’s Taqueria nailed it! Verde enchiladas fantastic, chips/salsa/bean mole dip were perfect. Fajitas in the previous visit were amazing, and the steak was spot on (NOT fat or chewy or tough). Excellent rice & beans too! Definitely worth the drive to Clayton. Or if you’re local and picky like me, you’re going to love it!
