Very friendly cashier. I wish the fries were hot instead of barely warm. The main purpose of the visit was to take my kid for the root beer float. Good experience, so I will return with my other kid for the root bear float and some other food on our next visit.
Update: Different cashier today. Very nice lady with a 49ers #10 white jersey was very friendly and pleasant. As stated last Sunday that I would bring my other kids, I did, and they were very happy dining here. Ordered the same meal from last week, the wrap combo- honey bbq and spicy Mac and cheese, and three chicken pot pies.

Used to be really good has gone way down in the past few years when I was younger it was worth paying for the root beer freezes but now when you get a root beer freeze, it is really watery not thick and somehow chunky when I asked if they could make it thicker it seem like the manager got upset. Only come here cause it’s the closest Kentucky to me for my mom but if you want a true A&W experience and good A&W food it is worth the drive to go to San Rafael

As far as fast food places go this place is clean, the areas you can see are tidy even though it is dated it’s not run down looking.
What’s there to really say about an A&W root beer float, it’s as good you expect it to be.

The food here is excellent. They use high quality ground beef in their burger. They’re awesome, juicy, with great flavor. The onion rings are so good, not greasy, nicely breaded. I also love the Root beer floats.

I have been long lauding the A&W dbl bacon cheese burger as the best $ can buy at any drive through. Sadly, this location completely bastardized my order. If I were the owner of this location, I’d fire somebody. Cold burger with one onion ring and a mound of lettuce on a cold bun and room temp beef patty. Most people don’t leave reviews, they just don’t patronize the venue. Today once again made me think of those that fight for $15. Try earning the $8 to $10 you’re paid now. Though I should be grateful for yet again discouraging me from fast food. Perhaps the /KFC merge is the culprit. Either way, I won’t be back. I’m certain I’m not alone. I can make my own floats at home for a fraction of the cost.

Place looks really shady from the outside. Could definitely use a lot more lighting outside the place as it looks closed. Once inside thought the staff of 4 were all really nice and chill. food came out quick and they seem to want to give the place a friendly vibe which they do decently well. Food is typical and not amazing. Staff is the reason I bumped my review from a 3 star to a 4 star. Would come back.

The ladies working the store this morning were the nicest people on the face of the planet. Food was typical for a KFC/ A&W hybrid store, but their friendly attitudes really made my visit enjoyable. The woman at the register suggested I try the biscuit with some butter and honey, and I don’t think I’ll ever eat another KFC biscuit another way, it was so good! I’d eat here for lunch every day if it wouldn’t make me fat! Haha

Food just as good as my childhood memory. You have to wait a few for your meal but what you spend waiting for is a fresh cooked hamburger and fries. Not pre-cooked like a majority of fast food. They still make their A&W Rootbeer in hpuse and it’s still out of this world. The staff I dealt with were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about all menu items. They are will tonmake changes if you ask.
