I need to compose this review while remaining seated and relishing this delightful evening. Having resided in Sag for quite a while, this establishment stands out as the only restaurant where I truly feel comfortable being myself and savoring a meticulously crafted meal.

We came to Sag Harbor on a day trip and popped on here with no expectations. The place is spotless and welcoming. Our server was lovely and helpful with our food and wine selection. The food was fresh and hearty. It wasn’t cheap but we didn’t expect it to be since it’s a French wine bar. Overall we genuinely enjoyed our dining experience.

Very disappointed in our dinner and will not return with so many amazing restaurants in Sag Harbor. We ordered three glasses of red wine and a burger at the bar, and the bill all in was over $100. The Bordeaux (at a French restaurant) was not good and opted for a different pour. The burger, which I ordered medium rare, came out well done. I hate sending things back, but our server insisted because we had a lengthy conversation about how I like burgers pink in the middle. The next one came out rare rare rare RED. The fries were soggy. He asked if I enjoyed it, and I respectfully said no. It was the most disappointing meal I’ve ever had in Sag Harbor. It made me sick to pay $30 for that awful burger and fries. We’re locals and live here, for perspective. Do NOT recommend.

This was the first time we tried your restaurant and it will be the last. We are fine diners 90% in Sag Harbor when we are here and I have to say the experience was embarrassing! As soon as they brought the check they proceeded to bring out extra chairs etc and clearing the table, sending multiple people to make it clear they wanted us out! You made it clear you wanted us out and we won’t be back! Your loss we tried! Back to American Hotel, Tutto, Lulu amend Bilbo!

First time visit today for lunch on my own. Waiter / receptionist who seated me never smiled, did not bother to pull heavy table for two out for me to sit down-not a nice, warm welcome. Lunch was okay. Croque Monsieur okay, a bit large and goopy, minuscule salad which accompanied the plate was wilted, side of fries overcooked and no pepper mill! Wine nice. Waiter never bothered to check how my lunch was. In sum, indifferent reception, indifferent service and indifferent atmosphere/ decor. Will not be returning nor recommending restaurant. I’m a Sag resident. Much prefer the authentic decor, atmosphere , great service and much, much broader selection of French food at Pierre’s in Bridge.

Went in here and ordered an $18 glass of Bordeaux to be specific. Also ordered a $27 burger. First burger was over cooked. Second one was undercooked. The Boudreaux was mediocre. The fries (aka pomme frites) were soggy and nothing special. So let me get ths straight: the Bordeaux was not good (I’ve never had a bad Bordeaux), the burger was bad twice, and the fries were soggy. Why would you ever go here with so many options in Sag Harbor. In fairness, the staff was very nice an accommodating. The problem is I don’t go to a restaurant to exchange pleasantries above food quality. I do not recommend. I never leave bad review. This time was an exception.

Lovely little team, we were well looked after on a mid week evening for a tasty burger and a glass of red. Sat in the window as the rain came down outside. Great addition to the Sag Harbour strip.
