Second VI I have visited within a month. Same problem. Ordered over medium well as instructed by my last waitress to get the eggs cooked as I like. They arrived sunnyside up! Same as other resteraunt. The toast was toasted, the hash browns were brown, service was great, place was busy but clean. The lady across the isle complained about raw pancakes. Again, If you would just serve raw ingredients you could be alot faster. Im gonna quit trying. This is a waste of everyones time. IHOP and Cracker Barrell are next door.

Host looked me dead in my face and knew I came in right after someone she was getting seated, came back and helped two other people to get seated instead of me.
An older woman saw what she did and immediately got me seated and apologized for her.

It is my favorite btw l brunch spot right now. I eat here at least twice a week.! Service is always amazing and the food is great as well! Restrooms and restaurant is always clean and well kept. Every waitress/waiter are always so friendly, always checking on us but not constantly bothering!

This Village Inn is updated but still has that charm of an old diner. Service was excellent and food was outstanding.

We love coming here all the time! Went this morning for my birthday breakfast and our waitress was amazing as always, we got our food super fast but was also fresh and delicious.
I got a large tea and pie for free to go! They always have the best atmosphere and everyone from the management to waitresses are always so nice

Have not eaten here in a year. Probably should not have come back. Service sucks worse than it did and our server was training a new server to boot. Our servers were too busy with friends at another table in back. No drink refills because service ends when ticket was dropped with entrees and no service after that. I waited 39 minutes for drink refill, then we left. Never got a refill. The skillet size shrunk by more than 50 percent. I said something to the manager who didn’t seem troubled by our comments. Bella was our server. At my age, service is everything. Luckily we were not the only people who issues with service.

Horrible experience here ordered food and was re assured it was what I wanted. Not a huge deal till I got it and then the staff completely ignored us for 20-30min and no check ups on our table. 2 top btw they weren’t very busy never ended up eating the food. never got a check or refills or anything had to walk up the counter and tell the lady at the front desk and they removed the item from our bill. But overall do not recommend staff will stare at the ground as you are trying to get their attention and if you try to say something they will turn look at you and walk away while looking at the ground.(the male host)

Everything was delicious! Our food was hot and we didnt have to wait very long for it. And our waiter was very polite and kept checking to make sure we were ok.
