Great place to eat at Seattle airport. Recommend it! We landed early around 8:00 AM and this place was all ready serving warm food. We ordered two bowls, the service was quick, the food was fresh and friendly staff. Overall great experience!

Waited in line for Qdoba at the airport hoping for a quick, dependable meal, but it didn’t live up to even airport-level expectations. The line was long and barely moving. The staff didn’t seem overwhelmed as much as poorly organized, and there was no sense of urgency to keep things flowing. After standing around longer than expected, I ended up leaving midway through without ordering. Food might be decent once you get it, but efficiency is everything in an airport setting, and this location missed that mark. If you have a long layover and no other options, it might be fine, but there are better uses of your time.

The food was standard Qdoba goodness! You will have a tasty meal… problem is the staff will be annoyed you even bothered to show up. My husband and I almost walked away after some time of them noticing us and not taking action. Their attitude said it all. The music was also absurdly loud.

I came during evening shift, i have to comment this is the BEST RESTAURANT in the entire airport. Best pricing in the airport, full bowl of meat and rice and veggies, free guacamole and queso, server is sooo nice she gave me a lot of hot sauce it’s delicious and a plus with unsweetened ice tea. The food is good and service is great. One small suggestion that could make the dining experience even better would be to refresh the restaurant’s appearance a bit. The ceiling and walls could use a light cleaning to remove some dust, and replacing a few light bulbs would really brighten the space.
It’s a nice place with higher traffic due to location and a little extra care in the atmosphere would make it even more inviting and comfortable for travelers and returning customers.

I originally had a 1-star experience due to extremely small portions and poor attitude from one staff member (older woman, dark hair, of Indian descent). My bowl wasn’t even half full, I was given a tiny amount of rice and guac, and anytime I asked for a bit more, I was treated like I was being rude. It was disappointing, especially after starting off with a super friendly young team member who brought great energy. I paid around $14 for a bowl that felt like it was worth $7 tops.
BUT HERE’S WHY I’M GIVING 5 STARS NOW:
Qdoba Guest Relations personally reached out after seeing my review. They didn’t just toss me a coupon—they genuinely cared and offered me a full redo at the same location. I went back and recorded the entire visit to see if anything had changed behind the scenes. To my surprise, they clearly did some internal coaching, because the entire staff was warm, professional, and generous with portions. It was a night-and-day difference.
The company showed me they care about even ONE customer’s experience and do their best to make things right—not just with food, but by actually improving the service. That speaks volumes.

Standard QDOBA restaurant. Super nice service staff on board today. They were super cool and very quick with the food. Very packed at 8am but their breakfast food was amazing. The new is breakfast menu is great.

We got to the airport early and looked at the food options near the TSA security area. There were some cool options, but many of them were pretty expensive. We were going to get McDonald’s, but the kiosks did not offer any deals. We decided that if we were going to pay $10 for 2 McChickens, we might as well survey other options! I have not been to Qdoba before, but I know it is similar to Moe’s or Chiptole. The line was not very long so I got in line and ordered a pulled pork quesadilla with a side of sour cream. The price for it was pretty reasonable, about the same as the last time I went to a Chiptole. One thing I appreciated about them making my quesadilla was that they added the cheese and the meat, and then further down the line, they asked if I wanted more cheese. I said YES. It took a few minutes for it to cook in the quesadilla maker, so some people had to pass me in line. The person working the register was so sweet! The food itself was delicious. The pulled pork was very good and went very well with the cheese. The sour cream was great. There is a seating area so we were able to get a table and sit down before heading to our gate. Overall, we had a nice experience here!

Huge shout out to the Qdoba in the SEA-TAC airport, the workers here are brave, fearless even. That the QR code ordering system was so effective is worth shouting out. I usually avoid ordering burritos online because I am not able to get as much salsa as I want, but Qdoba offered me three salsas and no upcharge for guacamole or queso. They are out doing Chipotle at every turn. Better service and better pricing than anywhere else in the airport.
