Visited for take out, but the food was cold straight out of the restaurant. Peppers & Onions had been over cooked and turned to mush. Carne Asada was bland and under-seasoned. They had a second assembly line for online orders that appeared to have fresh food. I tried to post feedback with the receipt code but apparently Chipotle does not accept critical reviews because each time I got an “Aw schucks, something went wrong. Try again later.” This is shitty location. I won’t order again.

This was my first visit to this location today. I usually don’t like to give low reviews but my experience at this location was not good at all. First off the employee that was preparing my food had a very bad attitude. I ordered a steak burrito and two steak bowls. The food was cold.. the rice grains were very hard and undercooked, and the steak had more fat than meat.. It was not as fresh as it looked. Hopefully the manager will see this and take time with the crew to try to make improvements with customer service and food quality.. I will not be going back to this location anytime soon but maybe I will try to give it another chance in the near future..

This Chipotle is has great options and great people as well but I’ve had a lot of poor experiences here before. So I thought I would give this place one more shot as a “what if this time it’s good” moment. I went in and the first thing I noticed is that no one came to great me, take my order or anything. It’s as of all the employees are just busy or in their own world. Well finally a guy comes running past the rest of his coworkers, greeted me and took my order and if you have been to chipotle, you know that they pass the food down as it gets to the cashier eventually after all fixings are included. Well the person involved at checkout was not there so me and the people behind me are just standing there with no cashier. Eventually the employee rings me up and then I sit down to eat with my sisters. I have to say, it’s funny because that was a awkward moment from coming in to checkout, but the food was fresh, good and even better than all the times I’ve been there. So instead of getting mad and rating a 1 Star, I will be honest, this location needs work but my time there is what mattered and my time there was good and satisfying so 4 stars is fair. I think I’m more fair, honest and patient than most people. Keep up the good work and hopefully your ratings should soon sky rocket, thank you Chipotle.

This is a very good chipotle location. It does get very busy so I would recommend ordering in advance so you can just walk up to the pick up line. People have been super nice there and quick to help you get your order. They added a red chimmichurri that is a bit spicy but we get it on the side .

I stopped there many times there’s nothing to complain about. The food is ok. Tortilla chips is good. But the food is too heavy has nothing to do with healthy bowls. For me it’s nice to have it once in a while. 12$ for a chicken bowl with chips and fountain drink.

Horrible! Incredibly slow & many staff don’t seem to care. They still haven’t figured out how to handle lunch/dinner rushes yet. Since Summer of 2020 until present (April 2021) this is the worst Chipotle I have ever been in & as a DoorDash driver I’ve been in around 10-15. It’s not uncommon for them to run 1-2 hours behind schedule. I thought they were getting better with recent turn times of 15-30 minutes, but tonight is the final straw. They gave my order out to someone else & said that it was already “claimed”. They wouldn’t refund me so I’m left to email support. 2 weeks later I still haven’t heard anything. Don’t come here. Look at other recent reviews to confirm their slow service over other Chipotles. Only caveat is that if you don’t mind waiting then food is good (additional star for that)….just cold when you get it….also no trash cans LOL! (SMH)

What happened to Chipotle? They used to have the highest standards for cleanliness and customer service and now it is the opposite. My husband and I stopped because I had a BOGO reward. We got our burritos (one with broken tortilla, one leaking with rice stuck all over the foil) and asked for some limes. The manager told us they had some that weren’t cut but they couldn’t give us any because they needed them all for chips tomorrow. It’s one thing Chipotle if you want to stop providing lemons and limes for your customers at the beverage bar but to completely deny customers limes upon request is just stupid on a whole new level. Order more than you need for chips so people can actually enjoy their overpriced burritos if they want limes! The store was very dirty as well, walls and HVAC vents were filthy (employees used to have to clean both on a regular basis), garbages overflowing, dirty tables, the beverage bar was full of garbage, and the paper towel dispenser in the bathroom nearly hit me when it popped open as I grabbed a paper towel. It’s no wonder that most locations have google reviews at 3 stars or less. We will not be visiting any location any time soon, not even for a BOGO. Sad story Chipotle!

Consistently messes up delivery orders – customer service sometimes helps out but most recently tried to reach out to customer service and they said there wasn’t anything able to be done to correct the situation. This is typically whoever is regularly working closing shifts at this location.
