After waiting for my food for 17 minutes I went back to the counter to find out where my food was. They verified my name and said it would be just a couple minutes. I was the only customer in the whole place……
Just look as the twice fried, nasty, greasy, disgusting potato cakes I paid for and couldn’t eat.
I took them back to the counter and couldn’t get either employees attention, so I returned to my seat to eat my sandwich. The Arby Q I received looked nothing like the picture. In fact there was only meat on half the sandwich, the other half was BBQ sauce. Extremely skimpy and sloppy.
Other customers entered the establishment. While they ordered I quietly waited by my potato cakes that have now been sitting on their counter for 10 minutes. I was ignored and the issue was never acknowledged. The other customer asked what was going on. I explained that I waited 17 minutes for my food, then received these potato cakes and have been trying to get staffs attention to the issue. They agreeded they would not have eaten them either.

It’s really hit or miss on the food. Sometimes they get your order right, but if they don’t they will be rude. Sometimes the beef is weirdly shaved and too thick. Arby’s should do better if they’re going to keep jacking up prices. This picture is of my dry and desssicated curly fries. Totally reminiscent of the product Beavis and Butthead produced when they French fried worms.

We all know Arby’s isn’t a 5 star restaurant but they provided everything I would hope for during a visit. The Sandwiches were exactly as expected, the fries were hot and fresh and the oil didn’t taste like everything else fried in it over the past year. I asked for Arby’s sauce and got it, everything was correct with my order AND the girl in the drive through was courteous. It was everything I could ask for in a drive through visit!

Slower than I’ve ever seen. Finally walked out after waiting over 5 minutes to order. Only saw 3 employees one wearing headset for drive through, another walking around lost, and gal in back that makes sandwiches doing nothing but waiting for an order to make something. Pathetic! I don’t normally go out of my way to say something unless the service is particularly good or bad. In this case we had awful service at the Woodland Park, Colorado location. We waited in the drive through for half an hour and they missed an item and the fries tasted like they had been sitting out all day. The employees seemed lost or they couldn’t care less. When I went back in to get the missing item they didn’t even apologize.

I would give a zero if possible. I walk into the Woodland Park, CO location, there was a total of 4 people eating and 2 cars in drive thru. I walk up to the counter to order, there were 5 workers that I could see, each one of them made eye contact with me and none of them acknowledged me in any way. No one even said they would be with me in a moment or even said hello. I gave them a few minutes and left. Will never return, not sure how this location stays open with employees like this.

Great location. Easy to get to. There were a few problems. The curly fries were over cooked. The roast beef sand paper was ripped and the cheese sauce was all over the place. Almost impossible to eat. They should really consider how the customer will eat the sandwich. It’s one thing to be fast. It’s another to produce something that’s edible.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE- EVER! They laughed when I said I had an online order and said “Good luck”. It was 20 minutes since I ordered and he said he didn’t even look at it. Plus they were using their online food pick up location as a storage unit with no place to put actual orders. There were 20 people in the restuarant and not a single person had food. Stay clear from this location unless you have half a day to wait!!

Yummy food. Fresh and hot. Server even cautioned us that the fries were just pulled up and to be careful because they were really hot. We really appreciated the great service!
