How did I miss this place until now? A true Italian deli with the best fresh mozzarella I’ve had since moving from NY to CT. Grilled vegetables were fresh and perfectly-cooked (not too soggy/soft, but cooked through). Can’t wait to try more.

i’ve never left a review because i’ve been a regular here for years. orlando is the best. all the food is to die for. best chicken parm on a roll i’ve ever had. the fresh mozzarella is insane. they have my favorite coffe (illy) and orlando really knows his customers. best place for italian sandwiches in greenwich. the prepared meals are also amazing.

We recently highlighted them in our Greenwich Food Show, Tell’em Mike Sent You. We had their 3 top sandwiches, the Villa Nuova, the Marco Polo, and the Italian Stallion. every sandwich was incredible. Everything is very simply prepared, but with the best ingredients being the star of the show you can’t go wrong. Then you have the seeded Arthur Ave bread as an exclamation point?! Tremendous. The delicious finished product is a testament to Orlando and the team being extremely picky in the curation of their product. We capped off the show with an espresso and freshly filled cannoli. When I’m in there it brings me back to being in Italy, slowing down, and enjoying ever bite. If it’s your first time, I recommend the Marco Polo with chicken cutlet on the seeded bread pressed. Tell’em Mike Sent You.

I was in town for a business meeting and someone picked up food for the group. I ordered the Yankee Clipper. Beef, cheese, slaw, Russian dressing. This is not something would typically order. It was great!!! Lots of beef. Some else got I love Lucy and it was good. Cannolis were a hit! I would go back there in a heart beat! Lots of choices.

Fisrt time buying here, best Italian food I’ve ever tried, the eggplant and parmigian sooo good, also the sausage and penne pasta, everything together was delicious… highly recommended.

Excellent food but the service is not so well. Owner doesn’t greet or say hello always in a bad mood.

Likable Italian deli. I only get wedges, but they are very good! Easy access and parking. Helpful cheery staff.

Ok food and fairly pricey. Theres a 4% surcharge for credit cards. Might also want to know that they seem to be vocal Trump supporters if that influences your purchasing decisions.

Ordered the “I love Lucy” sandwich on a roll. What a disappointment. First, it was on a club roll. Second, it wasn’t big enough to satisfy a toddler. Very sparse with their meat and sundried tomatoes. For the price I paid you would think it would be filling and/or tasty, wrong on both counts. I will never go back. Rinaldi’s, Corbo’s and Firehouse are all better choices with better food and nicer people. I will never go back.

First time here. Ordered the Villa Nuova hero and the Pasta Fazal…I will be back! Bread was fresh and the ingredients were not cut short.
