I had the number 10 sandwich which was the double roast beef with provolone cheese. This was my first time eating here and I have to say this has one of the best sandwiches I have ever eaten!!! The restraunt was super clean and the employees were so friendly! The environment is meant to bring a smile to your face! The signs in the bathroom were some of my favorite!

I went in for the small sandwich combo for 6.99. I ordered turkey and cheese with nothing else. The bill was 8.25. I was curious why tax added up to 1.26. I asked the cashier and was told that he charged 1.25 for the cheese, it’s “extra”. Didn’t know that turkey and cheese sandwich has cheese extra!!!!!. When I asked him to remove the cheese money, he could not so I ended up asking for full refund. Which I think he did as he printed a voided receipt. But he could not give it to me and asked me to take a picture of it. Don’t think I ll trust them or visit them again.

Great sandwich. I got the JJ Gargantuan with lettuce wrap. I would have liked more lettuce wrapped around the sandwich, as it was falling apart when holding it.

Worst Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to hands down. Every time I place a mobile order I wait to leave my house 15 minutes after ordering to pick it up. When I get there they havent even looked at my order. So I have to wait another 20 minutes. Laziest employees I’ve ever seen, worst customer service, it’s been like this for years now. Please make a change 🙂

Some great Jimmy John’s food. This location is SLOW. I thought it was a fluke the first few times I went, but the more I go, the more the pattern fills out. They’re always slow, eliminating one of the two things that makes Jimmy’s worth it.

As a prior jimmy johns employee, I could see many things being done wrong, which ultimately lead to confusion and a time-consuming visit.
One’s experience varies location to location, and for some reason the sandwiches all taste different at different locations. This is an acceptable place for a quick bite to eat, but you do not get what you pay for in terms of quality and taste. However, the cookies and chips are good, and there is a decent variety of soft drinks available.

Been going here for a while now. Not sure what’s going on but something is definitely not clean here. Might be old food but I am assuming unsanitary conditions. I got food poisoning again from this place! Last time, I gave it a benefit of a doubt but this time for sure it was from here. Not sure if they are not wearing gloves or if the sandwich board is not wiped down/ sanitized. The bread tasted old, and lettuce and tomatoes tasted bitter like it was unwashed. Last time I was there, I literally a guy sweeping and pickup trash with his hands, then walk behind the prep area, not wash his hand and put on gloved to prepare a sandwich! Who does that?!? How can they not know dirty hands transfers onto the gloves when grabbing and putting on the gloves. Needless to say, these workers need proper training on Food Handling and Safety. Love Jimmy John’s but never ever going to this place again.
