One of the best Vietnamese chow houses in the valley. Their pho has the greatest beef broth flavor along with a huge portion of noodles and veggies to compliment. My other fave is the boon-jai-o: rice noodles, bbq pork with egg roll and veggies drowned in slightly sweet fish sauce(yet it doesn’t taste fishy). The food is fresh and the service there is spectacular. My waitress, Beam, was very attentive, caring and professional. She’s probably the owner. Try this place you will be glad you did–Over and over and over.

Everything we wanted in a pho place! The atmosphere was great, the food was amazing and we loved all of it! Best birthday dinner pho place ever! Very reasonably priced as well! We were shocked!

Not authentic but quite tasty and ingredients seem fresh! We had the tofu pho and rice paper steam spring roll. The spring roll has no mint or basil in it! That was surprising and the pho has not basil. Decor is nice but the jazz music playing in the background was a tiny bit too loud for my taste.

Over the weekend, I had the opportunity to visit Vietopia Bistro, where I found myself in the mood for a delicious bowl of pho. I discovered this restaurant and chose to experience what it had to offer.

I ordered a large chicken pho with extra noodles and some veggie egg rolls on the side. The food tasted great and was well balanced. The freshness was okay; the veggies in the pho were a little dry, but it didn’t affect the flavor. The veggie egg rolls were cooked perfectly and seemed freshly made, which made them taste even better. The large bowl of pho could have used more meat or noodles. The menu had a lot of choices, but the small print made it hard to see.

The service provided was exceptional, characterized by a high level of attentiveness. The waitress was not only friendly but also demonstrated an impressive commitment to service, proactively refilling drinks and ensuring that everything was satisfactory without needing to be prompted. The pace of service was moderate, striking a balance that was neither rushed nor sluggish. Overall, the friendliness and professionalism exhibited were commendable.

The atmosphere was peaceful and soothing. I always believe that little details can make a big difference. When I arrived, the music selection was just right for the restaurant’s vibe. Even though it’s mainly a Vietnamese place, the jazz music in the background made the experience enjoyable while I waited for my food. One suggestion for improvement would be the seating; the tables felt fixed in place, which might not be comfortable for everyone. Having movable tables could be a nice touch for larger guests.

The food and service are priced just right for their quality. I would suggest this place to anyone reading this. I’ll definitely return! Thank you.

This is our second time coming to this place within a month. Their pho is pretty awesome. I grew up in SoCal and have been to a lot of pho places, and ever since moving here to Utah about 7 years ago we’ve tried many pho places but none have hit the spot. This place though, isn’t that bad.

What I love is their “large” pho bowl is actually a large bowl. Compared to other joints here where a “large” isn’t really a large. I order brisket pho bowl. And the broth is pretty good.

My wife loves their rice, chicken with egg roll combo while our little one likes their rice, pork and egg roll combo. Their egg rolls are pretty good and addicting.

Ambiance is nice. Service is okay, they only have two waitresses, so when it gets packed, I can see them not being able to attend to individuals ASAP, but other than that. Would recommend this place.

Only comment is that their straws are out and open in every table. This can be a sanitary issue.

I’ve been a big fan of Pho for more than three decades. First time ever there’s no Green bean sprouts, instead they use cabbage!!! Very disappointed! The meat was hard! The tender melted in the soup. On and so on…

We had a good experience at Vietopia! I had the flat noodles with beef. Everything was fresh and flavorful. I was with friends and got to try the pad Thai, curry, and egg rolls. I really enjoyed the meal and we were able to stay and visit for awhile. I appreciated that our server gave us good service and didn’t mind that we lingered. I would definitely recommend a visit!

The service was alright, had to ask for my Thai Tea 2 times, The calamari felt a little undercooked like the batter was not fully cooked, the Phó was yummy, the sauce for the sauce for the Bün was super waterd down as far as i know its supposed to be sticky, the Thai Tea was good and so was the pineapple smoothie I feel like there’s room for improvement.
