I hope the restaurant takes into consideration the expectation that comes with ordering Orange Juice and seeing a machine with real oranges – customers anticipate a fresh juice. Regrettably, my experience was disappointing as the freshly squeezed Juice was diluted with water and sugar. Unlike some neighboring restaurants that offer genuine, freshly made Juice right before your eyes, this place falls short. It’s important to be cautious of such establishments that not only misrepresent their product but also charge a premium for it. I will post pictures so you can see the difference.

Pho soup was great, broth was flavorful. I ordered Pho with steak and soft tendon. Was not able to find the tendon, steak pieces were still stuck together in one piece which made it feel a bit like steak meat ball. I expect my steak to be a bit red so it cools I. The broth to bring even more flavor and indicate freshness. However, the broth was delicious. Deep fried spring rolls were good as well.

My family and I went here on a whime. And we were pleasantly surprised by the menu and that it had to offer. The food was fragrant, with great portions and just delicious ! We got the spring rolls and basil shrimp wrapped in wonton and for diner curry shrimp, pork, and shrimp soup and shrimp and broccoli. Everything was so tasty and freshly made to order and popping hot as well, lol. A place we will remember and will go back to!

Located in the corner of Connecticut and windom street in DC. It is one of new Vietnamese cuisine in DC. The place is quiet and good place to take your date. The menu is quite extensive if Vietnamese cuisine. Prices are affordable around $15- $20 ish range. The food serving is quite big and good presentation. Every dish come with rice. The place is clean and so is the bathroom. Overall is good place to eat and the decor is very enjoyable.

Viet Chopstick is a true gem in the culinary world. The Bahn Mi is a work of art, with perfectly balanced flavors and textures in every bite. The Pho is equally impressive, with a rich, comforting broth and perfectly cooked noodles. But the real star of the show is the Passion Fruit Juice – it’s absolutely delicious and the perfect complement to the bold flavors of the Bahn Mi and Pho. I highly recommend Viet Chopstick to anyone looking for a truly exceptional dining experience. 5 stars all around!

Great food and pretty good service. I had the curry vegetable but I asked for no cauliflower. Cauliflower doesn’t have many nutrients and I don’t like the taste either. I also had the shrimp roll and the peanut sauce was pretty good. At first I didn’t think that combo would work but surprisingly it did. Really authentic food, I did enjoy.
