Went to this restaurant before attending a show at the Smith Center (which is directly across the street from restaurant) Good and service were good. Will definitely plan another dinner before show. So convenient. Glad we made reservations as the restaurant was packed!

Cathy and I had a great pre Thanksgiving dinner at Vic’s. The music was amazing even though we were early and the group was warming up until they performed at 7pm. We will have to go here another time the bar has happy hour. We didn’t do that but we did enjoy the dining experience. Deborah Silver was amazing voice when warming up was unforgettable. Thank you to the servers, the host and the band with vocals on Deborah.

We went to do a little weekday recon before our Thanksgiving dinner there. The dinner menu had a great variety of Italian classics and newer takes. Everything was delightful and the service was exceptional.

On to our Thanksgiving dinner. We found Vic’s after an extensive search for a place offering a Thanksgiving day service without breaking the bank (Vic’s was $50 p/p). Everything was wonderful (except the turkey….more on that later). The jazz quartet, from a local performing arts high school, was very talented and set the mood perfectly. The drinks were excellent and lounge is a whole vibe! The waitstaff was so accommodating and efficient and the atmosphere was superb. The service included appetizer soup or salad; main course was turkey, ham, or both with 3 sides of your choice; and desert (I think it was a choice from 3 different pies ala mode). I highly recommend Vic’s anytime but definitely for Thanksgiving. I should gatekeep because we may have a hard time getting reservations next year .

So, about the turkey. I can only guess that preparing whole turkeys for Thanksgiving day service is quite the task, but the processed turkey missed the mark. I would suggest basting and roasting actual turkey breast next year, if the whole bird isn’t possible. Also, I recommend a small tweak on the mac and cheese (make the true casserole) and the entire menu would be perfection .

I visited Vic’s to see Mike Jones play. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and food. The staff was kind and I had a great time. The live room was separate from the bar which was a plus. The bread pudding was amazing too!

Sorry but the food was not up to pare. $68 for a bone in Rib eye. So thin with rib maybe 1p-12 oz. Shrimp cocktail was like freezer burned (horrible) the waitress wa sis good she was amazing!! Atmosphere was good except piano man s back was to the audience.

Vic’s was amazing! We did the dinner and show package and it was a great deal. The food and service was fantastic.

Our server was very nice and took great care of us. We had the shrimp Diavola and chicken parm and they were prepared perfectly. I also had the clam chowder and it was very good.

The band/orchestra was the Nevada jazz society and they were excellent. We had a lovely dinner and a great show!

When I first went to Vics was for the live jazz group which was spectacular! I forgot what the dish is called but its essentially a whole chicken and the meatball appetizer. The chicken was dry and lacked flavor. The meat all appetizer was delicious simple and well seasoned would go great with bread. The second time around I ordered the burger. The burger is simple but ingredients are of great quality! Which made it a lot more memorable. What I do recommend ordering is the cheese cake its not super sweet and goes great with their coffee!

We’ve had our eye on this place for a while but wanted to wait until we had an event at the Smith Center to visit. This weekend, with Labyrinth In Concert playing, we finally had the perfect excuse to check out Vic’s.

Getting a reservation wasn’t easy. There were none available online, so I called on the off chance there had been a cancellation. To my surprise and delight, the person who answered was able to secure us a spot. That alone set a great tone for the evening!

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was moody and elegant, with a live pianist providing the perfect backdrop to our meal. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was top notch, attentive without being intrusive.

Overall, it was an incredible experience, and we’ll definitely be back the next time we’re at the Smith Center!

I’ve been there more times than I can remember. Always fun to bring somebody there for the first time, they are always impressed. Tasty food and great service. Price is right. Great live entertainment, with opening acts by Las Vegas Academy of Arts and then the star headliner

I was so excited to come here and dine. The atmosphere of VIC’s was nice. The hostess and our waitress were really nice and the jazz band was great. However, the food was disappointing. The food lacked flavor. I ordered their sausage and pepper crust. It tasted like a frozen pizza/cafeteria pizza. My daughter’s carbonara pasta tasted like a white cheddar Mac and cheese. Sadly, I will not be returning.
