The manager Emily and he employees Ryan and Cayden are fantastic. It’s a snowy Saturday and the roads haven’t been plowed yet. I stopped in for a smoothie and it was delicious. Definitely recommend stopping in and checking it out.

Stopped into Playa Bowls on my way home from work because my girlfriend wanted “the pink bowl!!!” That was the only detail she gave me, and I had no idea which one that meant.
Mikayla and Emily jumped right in to help. They talked through ingredients with me, checked the menu, and even pulled up my girlfriend’s past orders through the rewards system to figure it out. They were super friendly, fun to talk to, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we got it right.
My girlfriend loved it, and the experience was so good that I came back the following week to order it again – this time knowing exactly what to get.
Huge thanks to Mikayla and Emily for turning a confusing request into great service. Highly recommend this location!

Normally I don’t have any issues with my drinks. Today both drinks were watered down and one had so much ginger it was undrinkable. I had to mix the two drinks to tolerate it.

I went on the opening day 6/24/23 and it was great bowls I purchased were delicious. Lines were long and they were PACKED However service was amazing. Went back the next day for another bowl. Will absolutely be back!
