We celebrated our 10 year anniversary tonight here! The service and food were perfect. We have been here 1 time before on another anniversary and tried other places on our anniversary but both agreed this place has been the best for so far out of 10 years! My only “issue” was our table by a previous entrance i believe with a statue right beside where I sat and a mirror which made it a bit uncomfortable, but not enough for us to not return next time. The server/bartender were incredible! Thanks again for a great evening. We had old fashioned, long islands and a chocolate martini that were great. We will return for for every anniversary and special occasion. We have both lived in hot springs for over 20 years..have both been in service industries and truly appreciate when we go here.

I was ok with the fact that gluten free pasta was not available, but I’d like to inform the kitchen that corn doesn’t have gluten, therefore it’s perfectly fine to use cornstarch as a dust for the preparation of chicken marsala. I agreed to accept my entree without a traditional marsala sauce, but because of a lack of imagination, it was marginally acceptable.
The chicken piccata was good, but could have been more delicate – the chicken portions were too thick, but I can see why an authentic italian restaurant in a touristy area would opt for a heavier presentation.
The tomato bisque was excellent.
The atmosphere was gentle and regal.

We had an amazing dining experience in Hot Springs, Arkansas tonight while visiting from Dallas. From the moment we arrived, the hostess Lori was incredibly pleasant and made sure we were seated promptly. The food was absolutely delicious and served by an excellent waiter who went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of.
I have severe seafood allergies, and Steven was extremely attentive, making sure my food was prepared separately with no risk of cross-contamination, which I truly appreciated.

My fiance proposed to me here. Service was spectacular!! The server even helped film the proposal. The atmosphere is perfect with a candlelit dinner and soft music in the background. The portions are quite generous, the chicken parm is to die for!! We will definitely be sure to come here again!!

This place was absolutely amazing!!! The only reason it didn’t get a 5 was because it took roughly 60-90 minutes to get our food. We were absolutely blown away with how PHENOMENAL THE FLAVOR WAS! We were told that normally the food doesn’t take that long, so just be aware.

CANNOT PRAISE IT ENOUGH!! EVEN WRITING ABOUT IT RIGHT NOW HAS MY MOUTH WATERING! I don’t know how they do what they do but I wish I could learn to cook like this. I added our receipt in the picture, and you can see what we ordered. We highly recommend our items and the portion size was absolutely amazing!!!

This place is more pricey, so be aware. However, I will strongly vouch that the flavor and the portions make up for the pricing!

Strong! And regularly priced. We were happy with the wine selection and their margaritas. Had us riding the wave and having some pep in our step.

Ange was absolutely the sweetest. At times she forgot to bring out water and some small things, but her coworkers had her back. It was a busier night for her so we totally understood. She is super sweet and had phenomenal recommendations. If you sit in her section, she take care of you with a smile!

Via Roma is a MUST visit if you are in the Hot Springs area! The lasagna, probably the best I’ve ever had, was perfectly done with well-seasoned sauce and beef between tender layers of pasta. We also really enjoyed the shrimp scampi that was fresh and delicious. We topped it off with the tiramisu and Irish coffee….both amazing!! The atmosphere is romantic old Italy and the service was perfect. Do not miss visiting this beautiful restaurant!

We were immediately greeted upon arrival. The wait staff were whirling around us busily. Once seated our server, Robert, greeted us. He answered questions and made recommendations. Despite being so busy, he provided excellent service. Our meal was delightful. We left content! Such a gem of a place! Wow! My wife and I were in Hot Springs for the first time and stumbled upon this gem of a place. The minute you walk in you feel like you are in a special place. The service was wonderful, but the star of the show is the food. Just thinking about the flavors we experienced makes us want to go back again and again. Every dish was perfect. Compliments to the chef and to the owner, Adriano, who put such a fantastic menu together for his guests. Stop by, you will not regret it!
