The food was good and the experience was cool! However I ordered a cranberry juice and it was $8. I don’t mind paying for food that’s good but for a little bottle of cranberry juice I felt was extreme. I will now rethink of coming back!

Came in on a not so busy day, very calming atmosphere, the staff were very kind. Food is if you’re feeling fancy mixed with a nice mix of homely Spanish culture. No complaints from me. Lissy was our waitress and she was great. If you’re not feeling Spanish they have steak and burgers as well. Though let’s be honest why come if not for the Spanish food. Recommend 10-10

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The drinks were just as impressive, perfectly crafted and refreshing. The atmosphere really stood out as well; it was warm, inviting, and made for such an enjoyable evening.
A special shoutout to Martha, who was such a fantastic waitress. She was friendly, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. Her recommendations were spot on and truly elevated our dining experience. We had a party of ten on a Sunday, not much going on in the restaurant but the last two plates took forever to get to the table. Everyone else had almost finished or finished already. The service was great, the atmosphere was lively and very Dominican. The food was also well seasoned and pretty good, almost like being in Dominican Republic. Overall it was good meal since I was able to get my food first, felt bad having to eat in front of the two that didn’t.

She anticipated what we needed before we even asked, gave thoughtful recommendations, and made the dining experience feel personal and special. Server was super nice! The food and drinks are amazing! I would recommend the papi no te vaya for your drink or the espresso martini and pechuga a la Margarita for your food! I got double rice instead of the salad… (not in public to be healthy lol) but the restaurant is beautiful and they have an illuminated sign for your birthday! Would highly recommend!

We just moved to the area and were excited to try this restaurant. My husband is born and raised in DR and we love our island food.
The staff was really friendly however the service was really slow. I think we spent over an hour and half at the restaurant and more than half of that was just waiting for our server and our food to arrive.
The food was not great which was really disappointing.
I had chicharron de pollo and it was just basic fried chicken, under seasoned and not a lot of crunch with the chicken. My rice and beans were the best part of the meal, standard rice and beans.
My tostones weren’t as crunchy either.
My husband got pollo a la plancha with rice and beans. The chicken was also under seasoned.
We also ordered empanadas, one chicken and one cheese. The empanadas didnt come out until close to when we were done with our entrees. The chicken empanada was not good at all, we didn’t finish it and the cheese one was edible.
We also ordered 2 natural juices, chinola and guanabana. The guanabana was great but the chinola was really some other juice that had a mild essence of passion fruit.
They also automatically added gratuity to the bill for a party if 2, which is fine but I wish they told us ahead of time.
Overall, not sure if I would give this place a second try.

Overall a good experience. It was quiet when we entered and picked up as time progressed. The food is seasoned, but could do with more seasoning. Nevertheless it was a good experience. They have history, and the music is inviting. I will return for the live music.
